5 miles N of downtown Naples, Pelican Bay and 4 miles to Vanderbilt Beach. Desirable location with community private pool, grill area, parking surrounded by palm trees.
2 bedrooms with queen and double beds( master bedroom opens up into the balcony), 2 full bathrooms, 2 large closets, gourmet kitchen, a sunny den/ office off the kitchen with window to the street , living room with sofa, dining table, large screen Tv, sliding door onto the balcony with lake view. Since this is a corner unit, it benefits of additional light in the living / kitchen area.
One can park in front,in the unit’s designated space.
Great walks by the neighboring Imperial Golf Estates. Restaurants, shops and the Holocaust Museum are within walking distance.
The unit is all furnished and fully equipped, bed linens and towels included. Beach towels and chairs are included.
There are bike racks available.
Grills at the pool.Not suitable for young children, the association will review and approve each month long rental for 2 guests, no pets. There is a one time $150 application fee for a onetime background check.
Additional overnight guests allowed for max 5 days with prior consent and 50$/ night per extra guest.
Asking for shoes off, care for the interior, the place to be kept as good as it was found.A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged per 30 days rentals. N/A Jan 10-March 11/2025.
