Welcome to Wonderkoi, a private luxury retreat nestled within a peaceful 2.5-acre Japanese and Balinese garden. Perfect for up to 12 guests, our home offers a tranquil escape with plenty of privacy.

While the house and pool are completely private, the Japanese Garden is shared with other guests, giving everyone a chance to enjoy its serene beauty.

Conveniently located just minutes from over 35 major attractions—including the Miami Zoo, Homestead Speedway, the Everglades, and the Florida Keys—Wonderkoi is the perfect spot for both relaxation and adventure.

The Garden

Wonderkoi was thoughtfully designed and decorated by Michael Cruz, a master woodworker.

Stroll through our handmade ponds and tanks, home to rare and beautiful Koi fish, creating a serene and calming atmosphere for all.

The House

Bedrooms: Four spacious bedrooms for comfort and privacy.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances—perfect for cooking your favorite meals.

Living Room: Relax and play on the stylish pool table.

Outdoor Area: Enjoy your private pool and barbecue area surrounded by lush garden views.

Garage: Fits up to 7 cars (additional fees apply for larger vehicles or RVs).

Important: Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings may result in penalties. Some events may be approved with an additional fee.

Unique Experiences

Join us for yoga classes in the Japanese Garden every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday (schedule may vary).

Great house on a beautiful property

Amazing!

I loved the property. My family and friends enjoyed exploring the property and having the house for a bit. Very comfortable. Love looking at the koi fish and the scenery. Loved the cat that was basically living on the property. And the pool was warm and great, the outside tiki bar was perfect. I was more than satisfied. I will be coming back again.

Mixed bag

This property is very polarizing one part stunning and one part frustrating. It is in an amazing garden, which is also a working business. So you get both the beauty and a ton of people. It is much more like renting an apartment than a private house while there is zero expectation of privacy outside. Want to sit by the pool? During the day there was workers with leaf blowers, tours, photo shoots, angry pool cleaners yelling into their phone, and people just walking past. At night there was wedding guests having dinner six feet from the pool, karate classes, and families from the three other tiny houses on the property. We had a few maintenance issues, but all were fixed promptly. The garden itself is amazing. We truly enjoyed walking around and seeing the fish and the turtles. The house has a connected office, with only a door separating. Nothing creepier than on Sunday night when we were watching a movie to hear a cough come from inside of the house. The turtle pen is right next to the master bedroom window. The property was clean and maintained. But it lacks many of the necessities for a long term stay - a total of six cups, no cooking sheets, no measuring cups (we left some), no mixing bowls, no drying rack, no outlets by the beds, etc. No guidebook of any kind. We were left to figure out a lot of things by ourselves - want to turn on the back lights - good luck finding the switch on the other side of the house.
