Wonderful stay with an outstanding host!

On our trip to Florida, we were lucky enough to book a night at this amazing property... but we should have booked a few more nights! The house is wonderful - clean, cozy and very welcoming with plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. And I have never had a more thoughtful, helpful or kind host. To make your stay in south Florida amazing, book this property!!

Homestead retreat

It was lovely to have the whole house to our family of 3. We each had our own space and a fully functioning kitchen and dining room though we did not use either room very much. The host met us and gave us some helpful hints. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed our time in Homestead.

A great place!

Vilma is a wonderful hostess (and provided some yummy muffins). In addition, the home is spacious, clean, has good amenities, and is convenient to many destinations in South Florida. It was a great place for us!

Home base for Everglades

Vilma and Erasmo are wonderful hosts! Greeted so warmly. Their home was the perfect home base for our Everglades adventure. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

This Place will Spoil You!

Excellent location for touring Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Plenty of room for everyone and so clean! Vilma is a wonderful host and went out of her way to make sure our trip was the best. This place is a hidden gem in Homestead!

Great vacation spot

We had 6 adults in our family staying at this lovely home for a week away. We came in very late after delayed planes but the hostess met us with a warm smile and fresh water and muffins. The place was so beautifully decorated for the holidays and felt so inviting from the moment we entered. Everyone was so impressed. She went above and beyond to accommodate us as we had many questions about local activities. It was a relaxing and peaceful time with all the coziness of home. It was spotless and well stocked. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Expandable house!

We initially booked the house for my family of 4. We wanted to be near the speedway as we were there for the Triathlon National Championship. Later on, the athletes needed a place to stay and the group grew to 8, then 10 and finally the last addition for a grand total of 11. Vilma was very accommodating with all the adjustments and a great communicator. However, I would not recommend the house for so many people, 8-10 adults is the max, especially if there are mixed genders and non family members sharing rooms and bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the house very spacious for eating/relaxing. The back patio was my favorite spot in the evening! Thanks Vilma, we hope to be back next year!

Happy in Homestead!

This was a great location for us as we were attending a wedding close by at the Secret Gardens in Homestead. The home was lovely and spacious and the kitchen was very well stocked. Vilma, the hostess, had wonderful suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Another VRBO win!!

Everglades Vacation

We were greated by Vilma when we first arrived. She showed us the house and gave us valuable information for a fabulous vacation. The house was immaculate, great location, well stocked, plus muffins for our breakfast. Vilma was a gracious host. The location was perfect for the Everglades Nation Park, Biscayne Bay, and Key Largo.

What a great place! You get the whole house - and it's a beauty! Nice patio in the back for morning coffee! The beds were comfy - and well laid out! House is beautifully decorated - and Vilma was sweet, kind and wonderful!! Even made us muffins for the morning that were delicious! Would definitely stay there again!

WOW! WOW! WOW!

This VRBO truly felt like a home away from home! The house was even better than the photos. Absolutely gorgeous. And, on top of that Vilma was like a built in tour guide! She had a ton of information on local attractions and restaurants. The house is centrally located to the Keys, national parks, and both coasts!

Wonderful House and Host

We enjoyed our stay in this nice 3 bedroom house. Visited the gardens in Homestead, and then down to the Keys Gateway to both! The Host and Hostess is wonderful They even stood in line for the famous Cinnabon Rolls to bring us! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us and our friends. Will be back!

Vacation key west

The host was excellent, she was so nice to us. She had muffin’s ready, she had whole case of water bottle. The property as well maintained and clean. I left two bracelets and she mailed them back to me. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

I love this home and location, quiet enough to enjoy the privilege of nature, yet not rural. Gateway to the Florida Keys while close to the Everglades. Tropical fruits grown here, while the explorer and the fishermen in us can meet and enjoy from the same location. Nothing is too far.

What makes this property unique

Bird watching takes a different dimension at breakfast or dinner time, in this house. Sitting at the breakfast room table, allow you to take a peek at the Blue Jays or Red Cardinal, just to mention a few, by the bird feeder they visit everyday.
