Host very responsive. Kitchen well stocked and house had everything we needed. House was very clean and lovely. Will definately stay again in the future. We had a great trip and enjoyed the Everglades, biscayne and dry tortugas national parks.
Very comfortable home equipped with everything you need to make yourself at home. Close to the Everglades and an easy drive down to the upper keys. Lots of good options for restaurants and shopping. Host was very responsive we had a problem with the internet going down and they contacted the carrier and it was fixed in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Southern Florida.
This was one of the cleanest, most well stocked place we have ever stayed! We were just a couple - so we didn’t need two of the bedrooms and one of the baths, but it was still perfect for us. Location was excellent, we hit Biscayne 2 days and John Pennekamp State Park another day. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee and evening photo sorting.
Great place, very clean. I would have given 5 stars but the neighborhood was a little crowded and noisy and the air condition was hard to regulate. It seemed to be on some kind of timer that kept changing to a higher temp and the rooms were stuffy at night.
This is a great property. Very spacious and clean. We had plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and 2 teens. It is close to the Florida Keys and was very easy to drive from the home to the Keys. I would for sure stay here again!!
This was the perfect stay for our National Park tour. Quick drive to the Everglades or Biscayne (we did both). On a quiet street but short walking distance to historic downtown with restaurants and shops as well as a 10 minute drive for groceries (Walmart Super Center). Definitely recommend Chefs on the Run Gastro Pub and Mama Mia Pizzeria 2 for anything Italian. And if heading to the Everglades the Shaka Audio guide enhances the experience....and reminds you to stop at Robert Is Here Fruit and milkshake stand
The owners have done an amazing job, making this property, completely functional and attractive. They thought of everything to make the stay simple and delightful. The kitchen included everything you might need. We found local restaurants that were delicious and interesting And also a church that was diverse and welcoming.
This house was clean, comfortable, and very nice to relax in after a long day of vacation activities for a family of six. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and lovely decor. It had everything we needed. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet which was great for getting luggage out of the way. Lots of extras like luggage racks, hair dryer, shampoo, and chocolates provided!
The property is located within a short distance of many local attractions and restaurants. The house was very clean and well organized and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, and the host left a very clear binder with all necessary information. The host is easy to communicate with and very kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy little home, and would love to stay here again in the future.
The house was spotless. There was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The house was very nicely decorated and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and other amenities. We really appreciated the walk in closet in the master bedroom to spread out and keep things organized. The only small negative was that shflucuate bet
Beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. 3 bedrooms, two full baths. Well stocked kitchen with all the tools, dishes, and gadgets you might need if you choose to cook. Cold water and chocolates when we arrived were waiting to greet us. Highly recommend this home, and that is what it felt like, walking into a home prepared just for us. Very clean and comfortable. The host was easy to contact and always responded quickly. Oh, don't forget to enjoy the screened in back porch area.
Beautiful house in Homestead! Well kept, spacious interior, clean and welcoming for our family. We were so pleased, we would stay here again. The only thing is the neighbor's rooster. As long as you don't mind awakening early to a crowing rooster, you're good. If you like to sleep in peacefully, reconsider. It is evident the owner cares for his property and puts detailed house information and tourist info in the house for you. Well done!
The host was very responsive and helpful. This is a really nice rental situated in a cul-de-sac which we stayed at for four nights to explore The Everglades and surrounding areas. One of the top 3 my wife and I have been to in our travels in the US. Everything has been thought through and is a home away from home. Furniture and furnishings are all excellent. Kitchen has everything you need, including a food processor, for a short or long term stay. We stayed for 4 nights. Large rooms, comfortable beds, nice water pressure and hot water is fine. Large walk in closet in the main bedroom where you can store your suitcases / belongings out of the way. Nice screened in sunroom off the main TV/dining area with a private back yard that has a barbecue. 3 TVs throughout. Parking for 2 cars on the driveway. No access to the garage. Google Maps will not find this address as the end of the roads in this community have been blocked off. Only one road gives you access so follow the host’s directions they give you or plug in “Jacobsen’s Mall” to your GPS and the street adjacent to it gives you access to the neighborhood. Definitely recommend this rental, don’t hesitate in booking this one.
We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. We loved the patio and enjoyed coffee out on it every night where we could relax and look at the night sky. It was conveniently located in the heart of all the places we visited. We spent one day in the Everglades and Marco Island, another parasailing in Key West, and another on Key Biscayne on the beach. The landscaping is beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet…except the neighbors rooster who seems confused as to when morning is. LOL
We would definitely stay there again and will certainly recommend it to friends and family.
This house was a great jumping off point for our trip to the Everglades. The house is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked (think full spice rack and coffee filters). The communication with the host was exceptional. The two queen beds are spring. The twin beds are foam. There is a rooster next door as others have noted. You can hear him in the back bedrooms. There are also dogs in the neighborhood but we couldn’t hear them at night. The house is tricky to find the first time but the host gave very good directions to find the house. Overall the house was perfect for our needs. Thank you for a lovely stay!
This was a wonderful place for 2 couples traveling for winter birding in SE Florida. Very close to the east entrance to the Everglades. Host Devin provided clear site info and was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during the trip. We appreciated the attention to details that are often lacking in other rentals: hooks to hang things in the bathrooms, ice packs we could use in our cooler, coffee brewing options and coffee filters, nice plush bathroom towels and plenty of soap/shampoo. The kitchen was stocked with tons of spices, oil and vinegar and a decent supply of pots and pans. The bottled water and chocolates were a really nice treat. We spent lots of time in the screened porch! The neighborhood is lovely for walking (and the early morning birding was great!)
