Ceramic tile bathroom floors and double sinks.The house comes with 60 ' TVs, Ceiling fans, Sonos Play 3 speakers in every room & Bose Sound Systems with Eero Wifi System & Airport Express for wireless music streaming. High Speed Wireless Internet, Cable TV and comfortably fits 8 people in 4 rooms and 10 people max. Beautiful and Spacious Garden. In close proximity to Turnpike Exit 2 and US 1 Highway. Biscayne National Park, Homestead Beach, Coral Castle, Everglades National Park, Homestead Speedway (NASCAR), The Keys, Dadeland Mall, Aventura Mall, Miami, Miami Beach.

There is a Bus Transportation that take guests to Kendall to join the Metro lines to Miami and the Airport. There is also an Enterprise Car Rental Services nearby that will pick guests up to rent a vehicle and drop you off after the return of the vehicle. Guests can also rent from the Airport and drop off the vehicles back to the airport. Long term rentals are welcome.

Spacious beautifully decorated VRBO

Plenty of comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, CLEAN, beautifully decorated VRBO that’s within driving distance of the Everglades and Miami. The owner is kind, professional and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

perfect and convenient location, nice bedrooms. Everything is good except the two bathrooms: clotgged tub drain and urine stain in toilet bowl.make sure ask the host for door code before you arrive as they won't tell you spontaneously

a nice home, well appointed, in a nice neighborhood. LOVED that the neighborhood has three or four local policemen who reside in the community and they park their police cars at their homes when off duty - makes one feel VERY secure.

Perfect for our day in the keys!

The beds were comfortable and if the AC had been on when we arrived, the stay would have been absolutely perfect. It didn’t cool off until the middle of the night so it was a difficult sleep but the next night was a dream. Great neighborhood and great location.

Perfect stay/home for our trip

Property owner was extremely helpful and in communication with us anytime we needed, we had so much room, the house was extremely clean, I had everything I needed I was close to everything I needed, I would say this home exceeded my expectations by 100% I can’t say enough great things about it, if he will have us I would stay here time and time again, TV’s in every room he was so awesome I recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit the keys, Miami or the Everglades thank you so much for having us and welcoming us to your beautiful home!!!

Beautiful home close to Miami, the Keys, and the Evergaldes.

Abey's house was a great place for our family to gather and lodge for our stay near Miami. The bedrooms are spacious and each have their own large TV. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Kitchen and gathering areas all have the accoutrements one would expect. The bottled water in the fridge was a nice surprise. I'd highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay near Miami, but not in Miami.

BE AWARE! - The owner may be upstairs in the 5th bedroom!

After spending the night in this house, we were SHOCKED when the owner came down the stairs while we were cooking breakfast at 11 AM! We had NO IDEA there was a master suite upstairs, or that he was staying there while we slept. He asked the day before when we would arrive, to which I responded (via VRBO) "sometime after 6 PM". We arrived after 11 PM. We visited until about 1 AM and went to bed. The next morning, we got up, showered and were preparing breakfast in the kitchen around 11 AM when Abey came down the stairs into the room! This means he was in the house for at least 12 hours before coming downstairs. We felt that our privacy had been violated, to say the least! After coming down the stairs, Abey asked if I got his message. I responded that I had not. I then looked and found a message in my email from VRBO sent at 4:50 AM. It stated, "I hope you guys are well settled, I'm in my room and fell asleep while waiting for you guys yesterday. I will see you in the morning before leaving." We would NEVER have rented this home if we had known the owner would be sleeping upstairs (undisclosed) while we were in the house. There was NO reason for him to wait for us to arrive. We have never had a host wait to "show you around" at a VRBO or any other vacation rental. We asked about a DVD player. He went upstairs to his room and came down with 2 DVD players in boxes. He tried unsuccessfully for over 30 minutes to connect the DVD player to the tv while we uncomfortably ate breakfast about 15 feet away from him. He stayed in the room playing with the tv while we prepared to leave for the day. None of the TVs in the house worked. When we left, he was still in the house. We felt uneasy about leaving our belongings while he was there, and we had no guarantee that he would leave during the day. We asked him directly if he would be there that night. He told us he would shower and then leave the house. His car was in the locked garage, so we couldn't see if he left. We returned around midnight and wondered all night if he was upstairs. There was no way for us to know. There were Sonos speakers with microphones in every room and two in the kitchen area. There was a security system with a screen on the wall near the kitchen. We wondered if our conversations were being monitored or if we were being watched. Abey has great reviews, but staying in his house while he was hidden upstairs was upsetting and very creepy!!

Great and clean home, just as described. We were close to Biscayne Bay, Nascar race, Everglades and easy access to hwy 1 to Key West. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Comfortable and clean

Comfortable, clean home in a nice neighborhood. Responsive host, kitchen had everything we needed, appliances etc all worked well. There is no hot tub on this property, however, and that should be removed from the listing description! It was not a problem for our stay but is something for guests to be aware of.

Second time staying here, very nice as always. We had an issue with the HVAC not working well and the host responded to my message right away and got a tech out within a few hours. Very happy with the customer service.

Convenient location

The location is very convenient for upper keys, everglades and south Miami. Neighborhood is very quiet and great for nice walks. House was clean and I would stay there again.

Great place to stay in Homestead

We had an amazing time at Abey's property. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to various places to eat and/or shop. I definitely would recommend. There is no hot tub though.

short get away

We had planned on 4 adults staying and two of the adults had plane cancelations that left them unable to attend. I understand the limits of a full refund and last minute but a token discount would have been a win-win deal. We got no discount. The most disappointing part of the house was the back-yard/patio area. It was not as the pictures showed at all and frankly, it was unusable. The carpet protector runners on the stairs were very ugly, obviously poorly installed and frankly a trip hazard. I would have rather seen some wear on the light colored carpet than nearly trip and fall or step on staples every time I went up/down the stairs. Not a good solution for that area.
