Welcome to Brass Rail 106, your perfect getaway on the south end of Tybee Island! This first-floor 3-bed, 2.5-bath condo boasts a fantastic location, just 30 yards away from the beach and within easy walking distance of all the best restaurants, shopping, and attractions! Relax and unwind on the private balcony, which is perfect for tapping into Tybee Time! The spacious open living area features a sectional sofa that doubles as a sleeper, additional seating, as well as a large flat-screen TV. The dining area, which seats 6, is the perfect space for gathering around for a meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features stainless appliances as well as countertop seating for 2. There is direct access to the private balcony through the living area, where there is a gas grill, lounge seating, and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8. Bedroom 1 includes a king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Bedroom 1 also enjoys access to an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and two separate vanities. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 3 features two full-sized beds and a flat-screen TV. The two guest bedrooms share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Additionally, there is a half bathroom just off of the kitchen. Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building. Parking height clearance is 7ft. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience. NOTE: At this time, elevators are currently not accessible due to construction.
NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking areas. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings. PETS: This home is not pet friendly EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. Propert did not have correct amount of beds per description in vrbo details. Dirty floors, balcony door did not lock, no communication from our host, no working elevator( so we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs). We were told by other guest that this elevator to our unit had been broken for years but this is not noted in listing. Since our room was short on beds one of out family members had to return home. Vrbo refuses to do anything about our stay and our host refuses any compensation for horrible stay!!!!! Do not book! Also dirty pool.

However, our listing for the unit does state that the elevators are out-of-order due to construction. We strive to ensure accurate listings and guest satisfaction.
