About this property

Updated Downtown Bungalow Centrally Located

This 1897 historic home has been completely Updated and is centrally located to everything Grand Junction has to offer.

Located on a corner lot in Downtown Grand Junction, this home is perfectly situated less than 1 mile to both Main Street and Colorado Mesa University. Easy walk to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

What we love about our property is the character and charm that you experience upon immediate arrival. The home offers a open floor plan with 10' high ceilings, a ton of windows and natural light. With over 1300 square feet in size there is plenty of room for everyone with good spacing between the bedrooms.

The large backyard is fenced and we added a wonderful pergola and fire pit with 2 large outdoor couches for day or night. The covered front porch is great in the morning or on raining afternoon.

We also offer a 2 car garage if you need a secured area for storage while in town. We have plenty of parking in front and behind the home as well.

Such a great location! My family and I had such a fun time and this adorable bungalow made it even better! The entire house was clean and tidy, the kitchen spacious and well equipped! It had everything we needed, was very clean and owners were very responsive in answering our questions. Great space inside for hanging out and dinners.
