Super cute place at Lake Havasu!

Great place to stay at Lake Havasu! Room for boat, RV, and plenty of parking. This home is newly renovated. Lots and lots of room for all your family and friends. Great deal, save money, and stay in this easy neighborhood. We have caretakers close by to help. You will not get a better place when you want lake time and just enjoying Havasu! Also great for snowbirds and Wintertime activities at beautiful Lake Havasu City!

We do not charge a cleaning fee and would appreciate it if you would leave the home in the same condition you found it. If you would rather spend more time relaxing and vacationing, please reach out to our operator to arrange and pay for her to clean when you depart. Perfect spot

My life and I loved this spot it was minutes to the boat ramp. It was perfect for our needs for the weekend.

AC not adequate, dirty linens, uncomfortable stay

Check in went ok and the host communicated with us regarding potential difficulty with the door lock. There are A LOT of unusual rules and things that have to be performed by us before the house could be used (you have to turn on water to house, water heater, AC,etc.). None of these things are in the listing, we received a message from the host a few days before our visit with a list of 25 things that would need to be done. I felt uncomfortable with the place before we got there, but we weren’t able to cancel last minute so we decided to give it a shot. It was definitely much more work than any other place I have rented. One of the rules was that the AC could not be set below 78 and the thermostat was locked. The house was very hot and uncomfortable as it was 110 outside. There are several cameras on the inside of the house. The host does not pay for trash service so we were instructed to take all of our trash to the gas station. The showers had low flow nozzles which wasn’t that big of a deal, but a little inconvenient. It was nice that there was not a cleaning fee and we were able to just clean up after ourselves, but the people before us did not clean well and the house was not checked before we rented. One of the guests in our group took a shower and as they were drying off realized there was a poop mark on the towel! The host was notified of all these issues, but didn’t seem to care much about our experience.

We apologize for the uncomfortable stay and dirty linens. We have no idea how the AC was locked. We will address these issues with our caretaker. I am sorry the visit was not the best but thank you for the input so we can fix it an make it better!!
