On the first floor, find a Queen bed and a bathroom fit for royalty. Upstairs, the primary bedroom awaits with a King bed, flat panel TV, and ensuite bathroom. Two more guest bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with two twin beds, promise comfy nights. Plus, there's a guest bathroom with a step-in shower to keep everyone refreshed.

Spring break

Space is great - room for 8 and most don’t have to share bathroom. Some upgrades, but as parent of an interior designer, missed opportunities on the updates. Primary suite bath vanity had nice granite top but the cabinet was not in good condition with crooked drawer fronts. LR floor is buckling. Could be awesome place since it is historic 1926 Spanish house w/ some more work.

Last minute booking

We had booked another rental through a different website, and our booking was cancelled on the day we arrived in Bradenton (due to an apparent double booking). We were left without a place to stay, and booked this very last minute. This house was lovely, provided everything and more than we needed. Conveniently close to Anna Maria Island. Communication through email and texts was all that was needed, everything was great!

Week near beach

House was as advertised. Nice size rooms. Walkable to Anna Maria Island (45 min). House was very clean with except floor, well swept but needed a good mopping but then again you are in and out all day. Nice little walk to park on bay. Overall enjoyed our stay very much. Easy access to beach and mainland.
