If you're looking for near beach (10 minutes) with private pool this is good spot. Also very convenient to grocery stores and many other necessities.

Great location and pool!

We stayed during the IWLCA Lacrosse tournament. The location was great and the athletes enjoyed the pool after hard games. Property management was really responsive and we had no issues. Would stay again

Great place!

My grandson had little league baseball tournament over the weekend so we needed a place to stay. So much better than a hotel and actually cheaper that we were able to spread out, cook a meal and relax. Next time I will book an extra day or 2 so we can enjoy the area.

Excellent Florida Spot

Our family was visiting this area for a large National lacrosse tournament, location was IDEAL. Close to good, shopping and tournament fields. Pool was an added bonus after a long day of games!

Comfortable well situated home

The property was neat and clean and the bed comfortable for sleeping. We loved lounging by the pool and it’s only a 15 minute drive to the beach on Anna Maria Island. The house was well situated near restaurants, grocery stores- really everything you could want.

I loved the house the location.

Had a few issues one had really really hard time getting in . It was very late and no one was able to help me. 2 bring your own toilet paper 1 ply isn't the best. Also if going to do laundry you will need to bring your detergent . The last not writing on here I handled with texting .

Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr nett und hat vor allem eine tolle Lage - nah zu den Stränden und zum Einkaufen. Nur die Sauberkeit ließ insbesondere im Außen- und Poolbereich zu wünschen übrig. Wir würden das Haus aber immer wieder mieten.

Ein bisschen enttäuscht

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren bereits in diesem Haus. Unser erste Eindruck im Vergleich zu 2022: der Pool war nicht ganz sauber, es lag ziemlich viel Dreck auf dem Boden. Der Teppich draußen auf der Terrasse und auch der Teppich drinnen, da waren noch viele Hundehaare zu sehen. Leider war kein Staubsauger da. Wischer auch Fehlanzeige. Es musste alles gekauft werden, sogar einen Kühlbox (vor 2 Jahre war einer da. Die Kühlakkus, die wir vor 2 Jahre gekauft hatten und da gelassen hatten, auch weg). Alles mit allem war der Aufenthalt prima. Der Pool wurde sogar 2x die Woche kontrolliert, nachdem wir das AMI gemeldet hatten. AMI sollte vielleicht öfters vorbeischauen und nach dem Rechten schauen. Es sind recht viele Gebrauchsspuren. Wir hätten es toll gefunden, wenn zB. passende Kaffeefilter da gewesen wären. Wir haben unsere da gelassen für die nächsten Gäste. Salz und Pfeffer haben wir diesmal nicht da gelassen, sonst lassen wir es auch da. Naja, das Wetter war toll und das hat das meiste vergessen lassen.

Great stay for baseball and the beach

Close to IMG, close to the beach. Comfy beds, great pool. The rental company was great at communication and resolving any concerns. Well stocked kitchen. My only suggestion is to have a few coffee filters available for the coffee pot and perhaps some packets of salt and pepper. Enjoyed our stay.

Great property!

Great stay at sunny skies! The house was very clean AMI was very responsive! The only thing we needed to reach out about was regarding a low battery light on the pool door, and they were there within hours to replace. Everything was super easy to find and the house was safe for three kids under 6. Pool was warm and wonderful. Thank you!

Highly Recommend

This was our 8th year in a row of renting houses and this property and location is at the top of our list! Perfect for our family of four - location, size, amenities, heated pool, neighbors...everything! The communication with AMI Locals was convenient and professional. I do have some slight recommendations: as I've read in two different reviews from July '22 and September '22, both requesting dark drapes in the master bedroom, we also are requesting drapes. Hopefully after the 3rd request, this change will be made. In addition, there wasn't the following supplies for convenience - a spatula for flipping eggs and pancakes. A grill one was provided, but I didn't want to use the metal on the pans. Also, baking sheets would be a nice addition for baking food like bacon, veggies, and shrimp. I had to use the broiler pan. One final request, tupperware to store leftovers. We had to buy our own and then bring them home. I'm not sure if those against AMI Locals protocol of leaving supplies, but if previous families leave salt/pepper/garlic/any seasonings, please leave them for the next family to use. We left ours in hopes it won't be thrown out. It is a lot for families to buy these necessities if they are only to be used for a handful of days. Thank you to the owners and AMI Locals for the hospitality!

Great place for a family trip!

Perfectly location that’s only a short drive to the beach, plenty of restaurants, and baseball fields if you’re in town for spring training. Only 20 minutes to Anna Maria Island. The house is well equipped and even has some beach items to use. The heated pool was a great temperature for March swimming and was serviced regularly. My family and I hope to return next year!

Ferien an der Küste von Anna Maria Island

Wir, Pärchen Mitte 40, alleinreisend und zum 3. Mal in der Region Bradenton. Wir haben 2 Wochen Urlaub im Süden und im Westen Floridas gemacht. In der 1. Woche Rundreise, in der 2. Woche Standort. Das Haus ist großzügig für Familien. Das Ehebett ist sehr bequem. Der Pool ist kinderfreundlich und nicht allzu tief. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Für Europäer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftiges Besteck. Der Kühlschrank leistet bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur ganze Arbeit. Es wird ein Erstausstatter Paket für Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und so weiter bereit gestellt. Der Gasgrill draußen ist ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht für jedes Zimmer separat, sondern nur zentral. Es gibt 3 große Flachbild TV mit aktuellen Streaming Möglichkeiten und schnelles WLAN. Das Haus ist mit einer bisweilen nervigen Alarmanlage ausgestattet. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern aber wahrscheinlich sehr beruhigend. Die Sauberkeit allgemein sollte hervor gehoben werden. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Der nächste Supermarkt war nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Auch alles andere war in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von hier aus kann man den Westen Floridas auf eigene Faust erkunden. Im Norden Tampa und St. Petersburg mit seinem bekannten Aushängeschild Clearwater Beach. Westlich von Bradenton liegt Anna Maria Island mit seinen tollen Stränden Holmes Beach, Cortez Beach und Conquina Beach. Im Süden finden wir Sarasota, Napels oder den Everglades Nationalpark.

Wonderful time

Never having done this before I was nervous but this property didn’t disappoint. Exactly what I needed for a get-a-way from the cold north. Besides the downside of chilly Florida January the only minor issue was a heating problem. The management team is very responsive and overall fantastic property and visit

Great spot close to beaches

Would definitely recommend. This place is clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Only about a 8 min drive to Holmes beach. Stores and restaurants and very close by. Beach chairs provided, lots of towels. The pool was clean and very well heated. The only cons to be aware of are there is frequent air traffic above so there is a bit of noise from that, personally it didn’t really bother us. You should also be aware that the host doesn’t provide much in terms of household items there is only one garbage bag per trash can no condiments , coffee filters, salt and pepper, limited toilet paper. Not a deal breakers tho :) Thanks for the great stay.

Tolles Haus, eine Empfehlung

Wir waren zunächst skeptisch, da es nur wenige Bewertungen gab. Aber, das Haus ist mit gutem Gewissen zu empfehlen. Vielleicht etwas kleiner als gedacht, geben die Bilder das Haus wirklich wieder. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Alles sehr sauber aber dafür auch keine Grundausstattung z. B. an Gewürzen. Eine Fülle von Geschirr, kleine Abzüge, z. B. wegen fehlender Tischsets oder Geschirrhandtücher. Tolle Ausstattung für den Strand. Für Europäer gewöhnungsbedürftige Alarmsicherung des Pools. Gute Kommunikation mit AMI. Schnelle Rückmeldung, leider nur per sms. Sehr gute Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den tollen Stränden (10 - 15 Min. Fahrt mit dem Auto). Ruhige Wohngegend, allerdings direkt hinter einer Schule, ist aber nicht allzu störend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
