The Florida House - HOT TUB & POOL near Anna Marie Island

Welcome to The Florida House!

This fun, family friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in West Bradenton, just 8 miles from Anna Maria Island and 5.5 miles from Bradenton Beach. We're also only 3 miles from IMG Academy.

Kick back and relax in the spacious living room equipped with a smart TV. Then, venture into the backyard to grill out and play some corn hole.
Relax and unwind with a dip in the pool or hot tub and lounge in the hammocks.

There's something here for everyone!

Upon opening the front door you will see a postcard style mural and a spacious living room. There is a welcome binder on the entry table full of recommendations for things to do, restaurants, where to grab a drink, and brochures/flyers for nearby attractions. All our favorites and insider tips are in here!

Look further and you will see an Insta-worthy accent wall covered in oranges with a neon sign that reads "stay awhile". Have a seat in one of the comfy green velvet chairs to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea from our coffee bar, or a cocktail in the evening.

In the kitchen you'll find all the cooking basics: pots, pans, baking sheets, spatulas, measuring cups, mixing bowls, tongs, a toaster, blender, etc. There is also vegetable oil, olive oil, salt, & pepper.
You'll also find stylish wine glasses and a shaker set on the open shelving. There are extra glasses in the cabinet.

The dining room table is large and comfortably seats 8. There is a high chair (stored in master closet) for your little one to join you at the table.

On one side of the house you will find two guest rooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double and twin size bed. There is a guest bathroom with bathtub next to these rooms.
On the other side is the spacious master, with a large king bed and a dedicated work space. There is a mini crib and rocking chair in the large master closet. There is also an AC vent in the closet that keeps it nice and cool. The master bathroom features a walk in shower and double sink vanity.

Finally - the backyard! When you step out the back sliding glass door you will find the screened in patio, complete with a seating area and string lights overhead. In the backyard there is something for everyone. Grill your favorite meal, enjoy a drink in the Adirondack chairs, lounge in a hammock, play some corn hole, take a dip in the pool, or unwind in the hot tub. WE DO REQUIRE GUESTS TO SIGN A HOT TUB LIABILITY WAIVER.

In the garage there are beach chairs, an umbrella, and kids toys you are welcome to borrow during your stay. Beach/ pool towels are also provided
