This property is a 3 bedroom home that sleeps 12. Located directly on the Intracoastal waterway and equipped with a private dock and boat slip and available for an additional fee, bring your own boat or rent a boat for amazing access to Gulf fishing and boating. Fishing is available just off the dock and you won't be disappointed!
Bradenton Beach is 2.5 miles away on Anna Maria Island, where you will find gorgeous white sand beaches and sparkling blue waters. Enjoy convenient access to popular restaurants and local boutiques all within a short drive of the property.

When walking into the house you instantly notice all the natural light coming into the unit as well as the open floor plan. The house is situated with 2 living rooms both with Large Flat Screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite meals when not enjoying the local cuisine. You also have access to a BBQ for more cooking enjoyment.

Just off the Kitchen is a dining room table with seating for 8. The area also offers additional seating at the bar in the kitchen as well.
Washer and Dryer included.

Trying to figure out Sleeping Arrangements? The house is set up with a King size bed in the master with a tv and a full bathroom attached. Bedroom #2 & #3 are located in the back of the house. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and tv as well as a full bath attached. Bedroom #3 has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with an additional Trendle. Both of the living room couches are sleeper sofas and also have a divider for additional privacy.

There is a one-time $150.00 fee to use the boat slip. The boat slip can accommodate boats up to 24'.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable.

Renter Beware

The house was as was advertised and enjoyed staying there, when the workman were not outside running their brick saws. Tried getting resolution through the realtor contact, later found out he was in Mexico! Half the stay was enjoyable, half was loud, noisy and invasive. This was our first experience with VRBO.

Spacious house, well-equipped kitchen

Beautiful property on a nice, quiet street. Outdoor space by the dock is great for morning coffee or just watching the birds and sea life. Easy drive over to Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island. Everything you need (groceries, etc) is close by. The house is beautifully maintained and has pretty much everything you need if you want to cook your own meals. Communication with the property manager was excellent.
