The house sits on a quiet dead-end street surrounded by friendly neighbors, just minutes walk from Baxter Avenue one of the liveliest and most beloved stretches in all of Louisville, packed with bars, restaurants, and local shops.

Getting Around

You’re within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of the Highlands. Free street parking is available out front. To explore other parts of the city, driving is easiest, though Uber and Lyft are plentiful in the area and the city bus line runs nearby.

Good to Know

There are a couple of steps up to the front door, but once inside the home is all on one level with no additional steps. The property sits on a corner lot at the end of a quiet street — you may hear light daytime traffic, but it’s generally calm and nothing disruptive. This is a non-smoking property, and we aren’t able to accommodate pets, though service animals are always welcome.

I like to give guests their space, but I’m always just a call or message away if you need anything at all.

No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises. Any evidence of smoking results in a $250 charge.

No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets result in a $250 fee and may end the reservation early. Service animals are always welcome please notify us.

No parties/gatherings or events of any kind or unapproved guests/visitors at the property. Violations result in a $250 fee and immediate end of stay.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors — repeated noise complaints result in a $250 fee.
