This is such a great spot, right outside of downtown! The host was great and very quick communicator. All instructions were clear, which made it for a very pleasant stay and smooth transitions in and out. Great place!

The condo is very close to Broadway (about a mile walk but we drove) but is in a very quiet little area. The property was perfect for our family of three. The two full baths made getting ready easy. The communication from the host exceeded my expectations and was very comforting and helpful. If we visit Nashville again, this is where we are staying! The pics are a very accurate representation of where you will stay!

Everything was great about the property. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the gym was being renovated. The people above us were a little loud walking around, but that’s not the host’s fault. I would definitely rent again. It was a great location.

Parking and access were so easy, interior decor and design were super fun, plenty of coffee cups, walkability to downtown Nashville and Germantown, were able to find our basketball team and watch march madness on the Roku, easy and clear communication with host. Would stay again!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo! The parking was amazing for Nashville. We were there for a cheer competition and walked to the Nashville Muncipal Auditorium all 3 days! Also walked to Broadway and back along the river. Super quiet area perfect for a relaxing evening after a hectic day. Felt completely safe with my 2 teenage girls.

We had a great time in Nashville, much thanks to this great condo! The location is perfect, about a fifteen minute walk to Broadway and all of the action there but not so close that you get the noise and bustle. Covered parking is much appreciated, and the bedrooms were very comfortable.
