Perfect for family in town for wedding

We were in the area for a big family wedding and this was the perfect spot. Great location near all the fun activities. Wine country, and the beach within 20 minutes. Couldn’t ask for more. And very clean! Family with Littles thoroughly enjoyed!

Grad Weekend

The house and property were amazing! Clean, stylish, and comfortable. The property managers were incredibly thoughtful and very responsive. The grounds/property were lovely and we loved the roaming peacocks. The only drawback for us was the turn across the highway, which require some patience and nerve.

Great Stay!

Loved Buckaroo Flat. Check in and check out was easy. Communication with the host was fast. They answered my questions timely. We were originally concerned about the train tracks. They turned out to be a non-issue. There were just a couple of trains that went by and they were not at all a neusance. We look forward to staying again.

Quaint, Comfortable Stay but Beware of the upstairs...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place would have easily been a near perfect stay if the upstairs neighbors weren't a group of guys walking around upstairs at 3-4 am both nights. Granted, they weren't partying it up or anything, it's just an old structure so you hear EVERYTHING. that said, if they were normal people sleeping at a normal hour, it wouldn't be that big of a problem. light sleepers beware. also the entry into the lot, isn't the easiest, but very doable. there were some folks talking about this which I completely understand. The unit is comfortable, clean, and very well kept. There were 2 male peacocks hanging out in the lot all weekend. very cool, very unexpected. Don't you hate it when rental units have tiny living spaces and kitchens? no worries here. this layout is perf for small group gatherings. unless you're a light sleeper.
