Basement is reserved for owners' use and has a private entrance on side of house. During your stay, owners will park at neighbor's home in order to give you plenty of parking space. Owners may walk accross back yard when accessing basement.

Communicate with host to discuss availability if a one-night stay is desired or if your desired dates are blocked.

Please provide total number of guests staying in home at time of booking and communicate with host any changes to guest count. Fee does not change for more guests.

Firewood is not provided. Bring a bundle of firewood with you or purchase locally for an evening bonfire!
