308 Midland Ave. - Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
If you are looking for a spacious, well maintained and pet friendly beach rental- you have found it! This gem is close to town and the beach. The second floor includes an open and spacious living and kitchen area, 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is extra seating in the enclosed porch and in the 1ft floor living area. The 1st floor has another full bathroom and access to the patio and backyard. A perfect place for the kids and pet to run or enjoy a little back yard fun!

Pet friendly with a $250 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Dogs Only! Dogs under 60lbs permitted- small or medium breeds.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $209.00.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. Great location

Perfect location, plenty of room, reasonable price. Only downsides were that the cleaning crew did not seem to have done a very good job (we let our 10 month old out after arriving after the long trip and within a couple of minutes her legs and hands were covered in dust and dirt from the floor) and the the bathrooms and appliances were very outdated.

We love everything about this vacation house! It feels like our home away from home for our family. We have plenty of room to stretch out,and all amenities are wonderful. I definitely see us renting this house for years to come as it has all the perks of being close to bay for our grandson,as well as a short stroll into lovely Lewes. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was wonderful, my husband and I had a lot of difficulty with the stairs as each of had surgery on our right ankles. The house was tidy, cheery and bright, our dog loved the backyard. We like the open spaces. The bathrooms were small .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, love the location and if something came up, we would get a quick response from the people at Coldwell Banker. My only concern was a moldy shower curtain, but that was taken care of quickly. We love Lewes, the restaurants are great and so is the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation and the location was perfect for us. This was our third year renting this property and the first year since it changed rental agents. We definitely noticed a difference in the cleanliness of the house. The floors had not been cleaned, nor either bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!
