The highlight of this property is the beach view and beach access! The views are phenomenal. The house itself is comfortable and clean. Parking is a breeze. Would definitely recommend this property and book it again!

Beautiful view and great beach access. House is not as fancy as some, but very well kept and everything you could ask for. No complaints for years past but the cleaning crew seems to be better this year

this is the perfect beach house for a family. walk out the back door right onto the beach! Plenty of fun restaurants and shops nearby, but also far enough away from the big hotels so that there are no crowds to deal with. Definitely recommend this spot

If you expect a clean house, this is not the one’s. There were cobwebs, hair, and grime stuck everywhere. We couldn’t even let our kids bathe in the tub because of the nastiness. The A/C barely worked.. we had to go buy a fan for the bedrooms at night. The king bed had a big dip on one side that we constantly rolled into it during the night. - those big pretty windows in the picture? Don’t fall for them.. they’re so dirty that you can barely see out of them from the grime stuck to them. The location was great! The house is severely overpriced for what you get. We go to PBC every year and this was by far our worth experience with a house. (And the most money we have ever paid)

Our Favorite Beach Home

This is a beautiful hidden gem. Photo does no justice and the sunsets here are just gorgeous. Short walks to the beach with lots of privacy. The home well kept and very clean. It felt just like home. Our home away from home and we will definitely come here again for future visits.

Cozy home with breathtaking views

We had the pleasure of staying here for our 20th wedding anniversary and we had the best time! The home is so warm and inviting and the views are spectacular! We were able to watch the dolphins each morning and sunsets every evening. The laid back feel of this home and location was exactly what we were looking for. We definitely want to come back in Spring or Fall so we can enjoy the beach and water a bit more.

Panama City Beach Vacation

Overall loved the location of the beach house. With direct access to the beach and the deck that had furniture to site and relax and watch or hear the ocean. The house had terrazzo flooring which made cleaning the sand easy. The furnishings are a little dated, but it didn't impact the stay. Loved the open concept of the Livingroom ,dinning room, and kitchen. Would definitely stay in this beach house again.

We loved that it was direct access to the beach and this part of the beach was not crowded at all. Unfortunately there was a double red flag 2 days we were there. A pool would have been the only thing to make the stay absolutely perfect.

Reviewer Comments: The location of this residence is perfect if you are the family looking to get away, yet close enough to restaraunts, shopping and events.The home itself is clean with a great layout, but most importantly beautiful private views of the gulf. Our family enjoyed the location and seclusion of the area the most.A touch of updates could top it off, but then again we were there for the location and space. For 5 people it hit the the spot. Highly recommend for a family that wants to be in panama yet not in the middle of adolescent parties. Major thanks to the upkeep of the property as well. Could not be any more spotless.
