Great beach getaway at Madeira Norte #503! This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo is bright, open and a short walk to some of the most beautiful Florida beaches, heated swimming pool and John's Pass Village. Free Wifi. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The full kitchen contains microwave, coffeemaker and stocked with all utensils ready for your cooking needs! The living room has new furnishings, a large flat screen Smart television and leads to the outdoor balcony where you can soak in terrific Florida sun!

The master bedroom, with comfortable king sized bed, and television leads to a spotless bathroom. The second guestroom has two twin beds, and television (no cable), perfect for a family or party of four. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Linens for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay are always provided at SunHost resorts. Washer and dryer and free internet are included. This unit has NO telephone.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

It looked like the roof was being repaired, which explains the water damage on the ceilings since it’s on the top floor. Basic necessities would be nice. We had a trial size Palmolive dish soap and 5 dishwasher pods, plus salt & pepper. We bought cleaning supplies because we clean during our stays and left them behind for hopefully the next guest. Tin foil, plastic wrap and other similar items would be helpful for those who don’t eat out every meal.There was construction on the alley way between the building and visitor parking. The construction company had several spots taken up and access was limited to the parking. Barb from SunHost was wonderful. Our spot was one of the ones affected. She had not been communicated with as to where people were supposed to park, but she found a parking pass for us to park in the public parking next door. We did speak to an owner who had mentioned that we need to see the maintenance man and he would give us a pass. Same pass we got from Barb. The beach chairs provided were all broken, as was the small beach umbrella. Lots of pool noodles though.

Unfortunately, the music from the Bamboo Beach Bar was played - loudly - every day, between eight and ten hours a day. The music was loud enough many days to be heard clearly through closed doors.I did like being on the 5th floor and overlooking John's Pass, into the Intracoastal behind the pass. We walked over to the pass many afternoons to patronize one of the dining establishments located there.

Best Beach trip ever!

Madeira Norte was the perfect location, condo was clean, with awesome beach decor, we loved sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise over the bay in the morning and listening to the live music in the evening. The beach was beautiful with soft, white sand, crystal clear water and a ton of sea shells. John’s Pass was so fun, had a lot of shops, and restaurants. We will for sure be back next summer!

Excellent family vacation! This condo is spacious for a family of 4, and so adorably decorated in a beachy, sea theme. Condo was very clean upon arrival, and appeared to have been recently painted and renovated. Excellent view of John's Pass from the balcony. So many great restaurants and shops in walking distance, and the kids loved the heated pool. This was our second time renting from Sunhost and we will definitely be back!

The location is great. On beach, pool, the property is well maintained and clean. Room 503 is where we stayed. Upon arrival at our door, the door was open and unlocked. Once a search was done, it appeared housekeeping had perhaps just left in a hurry and didn’t shut/lock the door correctly. The condo is completely outdated. A few cosmetic upgrades would go a long way in encouraging people to return - we won’t be. The list of items wrong or defective is long: patio doors don’t lock. All dishes and utensils had to be washed prior to use. Ceiling fan in master bedroom is ready to fall out of ceiling. Kitchen light worked 50% of the time. Shower tiles have mold. One set of keys worked great, the other set was tricky. Ceiling fan in bedroom two makes a constant clicking noise when running. Bedroom light/fan switch also doesn’t work in that room. The list goes on.... If I were the condo owner of this unit, I’d be embarrassed to rent it out in the condition it’s in.
