Private Pool w/ Sunset Views

Modern, clean home designed to help you relax and soak it all in. Screened in lanai over heated pool is perfect for enjoying the outdoors all day and night, as well as the amazing sunsets. In close proximity to beaches, marinas, restaurants & bars.

This home offers two king beds, one queen bed and one pull-out queen sofa bed. We provide all linens for beds and bath towels. There are smart TV's in all bedrooms and if you have a little work to do, we have laptop friendly workspaces. The entire home is outfitted with high-speed wifi. If you're bringing kids, we have a highchair and a Pak 'n Play available for use at the house.

Fully equipped kitchen has a Keurig coffee bar and blender to enjoy margaritas by the pool.

For that wonderful sunny day at the beach (or the pool), we provide beach towels, a cooler and an umbrella. If you're bringing a dog, we have water and food bowls, dog towels, and a fenced in yard so your furry friend can enjoy exploring the back yard.

You will have access to the entire house including the lanai-enclosed pool area and fenced in back yard.

South Cape Getaway

A great place to stay! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed spending time outside by the pool. The location of the home was in a quiet neighborhood and also close to restaurants/bars (our favorite was Lobster Lady!). We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to another visit for the perfect getaway.

Perfect Family Home!

Home was clean and very well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. The size of the home was perfect for our family of 6. Bed sizes and rooms were great; the pool was the highlight for everyone! It was a little cool at night so having a heated pool was perfect. For our purposes the location was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property

Really enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Communication was great and the property manager who checked us in was really helpful. We appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen,cozy living room, large and comfortable beds, along with the wonderful outdoor space. The house was clean and comfortable-just what we were looking for. Shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and bars are all nearby. We also went down to Fort Myers Beach a few days since it's only about a 20 minute drive. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Quick getaway

Thank you to the owners for providing a nice inviting atmosphere. With only two of us we didnt need the majority of the rooms but the outaide tv during the basketball torunament waa ideal. We wre blessed eoth good weather but having the pool heater way key to enjoying the stay especially after hours or early in the day.Either way thank you i didnt want to leave.

Amazing Place

The property was just as described. Perfect for the family with plenty of space and in a quiet area. It was nice to have large enough beds (ie: not all twins). It was in close proximity to get to restaurants (<$10 uber ride). The pool with the outdoor TV was great and having the screened in lanai made it great to relax in and watch football with a cocktail. Leah was awesome and very responsive. Highly rate this place if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, close to everything, yet quiet spot for the family or two/three couples looking to relax and get away.

House reviewed

The property was accommodating and clean. However the owner had lots of rules and restrictions.the bathrooms had limited supplies. And the bbq grill had a charge if not cleaned. So We did not use it. The a/c had to be set at a certain temperature. I have never been to a house with so much rules.

Sorry you felt this way. We strive to keep the house clean and welcoming for each guest, which requires some rules. We are still learning but haven’t had any complaints about rules until now. We have property management available for the length of your stay to help with needs/issues/concerns and had we known, could have worked to accommodate you.

We had a wonderful vacation at this home. It had a full kitchen with anything you could use to cook with as well as a grill. It had a dining area side where we ate almost all meals. The listing was exactly as advertised. The top highlight of the house was the pool. We loved relaxing in the sun and floating everyday!
