Welcome to Fins, located on the beautiful Apalachicola Bay!

This newly renovated 4BR/3BA home sits quietly on 1.5 acres with vacant lots on either side. This home offers some of the best waterfront views and is a nature lover's dream come true! While sitting on the back porch, you will see countless species of birds including pelicans, osprey and bald eagles. Dolphins will also frequent the area in search of their next meal, so keep your eyes peeled! Don’t forget your fishing rods, fishing at or before high tide can be exceptional! Be sure to stick around as the sun sets over Apalachicola - you won’t want to miss it.

Fins offers convenient access to St. George Island, Historic Apalachicola, Carrabelle and more!

Some amenities include: Two king suites, Fully stocked kitchen, Smart TVs in each bedroom, Wireless Internet, Keurig and traditional coffee maker, and much more.

Our home requires a Saturday turn day during Spring and Summer.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with advance approval, for an additional fee. Please inquire with the hosts.

Charming Piece of Paradise!

This charming piece of paradise was everything we dreamed of! Breathtaking views of the bay, conveniently located between St. George Island and Apalachicola, and pet friendly to boot. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals from home and Seth and Michele were amazing hosts! One of our favorite amenities was the outdoor shower. It came in handy with sandy pups after a day of adventuring!

Peaceful Perfection!

We stayed for the 2024 holidays and had a wonderful experience. We will stay here again. Situated right between St George Island and Apalachicola it is the best of both. The Sunsets are some of the best I have ever seen. The view from throughout the property is worth the trip! Seth the owner was great to work with and very informative. The house was very well supplied and we were able to do a lot of cooking because the kitchen had everything we needed! Everyone said their beds were extremely comfortable and the remainder of the furniture is in like new condition and very comfortable. We will stay here again and could not recommend this location enough!

Amazing

We vacation to that area twice a year and have rented numerous houses on SGI and in Eastpointe. This house was perfect! It had everything we needed. We had the best week. The view is so beautiful. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the back deck every morning. It was nice to relax, fish and enjoy the view. We even caught redfish and trout. The host was very accommodating, even making sure we had everything we needed. We were sad to leave but we made great memories with our boys this week and cannot wait to go back!

STUNNING!!!

Just wow... we have stayed in several places from St. George to Apalachicola and this place has topped all of them. The sunsets are magical - some of the best I've seen in my life! The location is fantastic. It's a quick 5 min to St. George public beach and 5 min to Apalachicola for some great shopping and restaurants. Also, Eastpoint has everything you need within a 1-3 minute radius (plus some really good restaurants). The house itself is breathtaking, spacious, full of natural light, and amazing kitchen looking out to the bay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Outside, the live oaks makes it feel like your own private oasis! There is great yard space for throwing a ball or kicking the kids out of the house :) And the outdoor shower was fabulous coming back from the beach. Bring your fishing poles! One of our favorite nights was fishing during sunset and caught several fish. Host were very accommodating and responsive. We will absolutely be back again!
