The primary bed was comfortable. Our kids slept in the twin beds and said they were comfortable. House had all the basics necessary linens (towels, wash rags, beach towels, dish towels, sponge, wash rags). The kitchen was outfitted with basic minimums (2 baking sheets, a few pots, a few pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups). Host was responsive when we were checking in as we couldn't figure out the key pad to unlock the front door. Overall, our stay was enjoyable.
