Comfy Tahoe getaway with peekaboo lake view at the top of Kingsbury grade walking distance to shuttle to ski Heavenly, hiking/mountain biking trails. Short drive to casino nightlife and all summer lake activities! 2 Gas fireplaces, game room with N64, dining table to seat 10, fully equipped kitchen & 3 bathrooms, WiFi, cable, coffee provided. HOA pool & hot tub 2 mins walk down the street. 4 Queen beds, 2 twin lofted beds and sofa bed. On the bus route. *2 sets of stairs required. VHRP#08401815

3 level condo with 4 bedrooms with queen size beds. The family room has a queen sized pull out sofa and Gas fireplace, video game room with N64 and 100+ games!

I use a digital lock system for check-in so you can check-in at your convenience anytime after 3pm. You will have complete privacy during your stay, but I will be available any time if you have any questions or need assistance.

parking is shared in the HOA parking lot. we are at the top of Kingsbury dr.

Essentials Provided: Linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, TP, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking spices, dish soap, and sponge. The parking lot can get full on weekends and may require parking at the HOA pool (3 min walk down the street) conditions can be icy in the winter and it's about 100ft walk from the parking to the condo building. 2 set of stairs required to access condo. There are no full refunds for circumstances beyond our control to include wildfire smoke, winter storms, etc.
No smoking, $100 if it smells like smoke

We arrived late at night, and since it was dark, it took us about 3–5 minutes to locate the house. The layout includes four bedrooms—two on the top floor, a bunk bed area in between, and one bedroom in the basement.The lake view is visible but not particularly impressive. We didn’t bring bottled water, but the owner confirmed that tap water is safe to drink, which was helpful. There were only 1–2 sugar sachets and no creamer provided, although there is a grocery store nearby for essentials.The only issue we encountered was that the basement bathroom door wasn’t sliding properly and wouldn’t close. Other than that, everything else was fine and the stay was comfortable.

Total Disappointment

Totally disappointed on property due to uncleanness, Fire Alarm system goes off for no apparent reason, Mice droppings were found inside throughout property, washing machine didn't work properly and has a bad smell due to stagnant water not draining. Bedroom windows didn't have screens, Ad Pictures of condo weren't really what i expected.

This guest violated multiple rules. They smoked in the house and almost got the fire department called in twice. They tampered with the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. They were loud throwing parties and disturbing neighbors. I would not recommend this guest.
