Great mountain retreat

Very well kept and nice mountain cabin. Good close forest access while still being "in town". Would stay again.

Great Cabin

This was a great and cozy cabin. It is close to stores and the ski resort for anybody that goes to ski. The cabin itself is very spacious with plenty of room and beds for a large party.

Awesome cabin!

We had a wonderfully relaxing weekend. There are times you worry about the place you rent, but not the case with this place. It was clean and well furnished. To top it off it was in a great location. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Great cabin

The cabin was perfect! I can’t think of any complaints or anything it lacks. Located in a very nice neighborhood and a short drive to everything Pinetop has to offer. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great spot gor ski trips

We lived the close proximity to the mountain and town which gave us more time on the slopes. The property was quaint with ample space. The host was great and accommodated our last minute increases of people. This is a hreat choice for a large ski party. Thanks for having us.

Great Trip

The size of the home accommodated the 12 people that were there for our group. We liked the additional areas that had extra tables so groups could play different card games and enjoyed the pool table room. Nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the surroundings immensely.

Pine Top Family Holiday

We had a wide range of family. Ages grandpa to parent to teen to toddler. Everyone enjoyed the convenience of the location. The property management team communicated effectively and we’re helpful throughout our stay.

Cousin Reunion

A Great time was had by all! The cabin was clean and well stocked. Guy (owner, mananger) was very attentive and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. No surprises! Excellent large Family Get Away

Our stay at the Kobey's Ski Lodge & Golf was extremely enjoyable for our large family. The home was stocked with almost anything you could ask for. The kids loved the game room and pool table. Beds were fantastic and comfortable. Best part of all we were able to bring our furry child who enjoyed his stay as well. Thank you for providing such a fun and comfortable cabin for my family to stay in. We highly recommend Kobey's Ski Lodge & Golf cabin for any large family looking for a great place to stay in Pinetop. We look forward to visiting again. A special thank you to Guy for being so punctual to return my emails and so kind.

Beautiful large cabin close to everything

This cabin was big enough for two families. There was 9 of us and we didnt even need to use the bottom bedroom. The cabin was exactly as listed. It was a very easy process. My communication with Guy was seemless. It is a great choice for a nice quiet getaway. This is not a place for a party. It is on a quiet wooded street tucked into a quiet neighborhood. I recommend for families trying to escape the busy cities.

Great Experience!!!

This was my first year staying at Kobey's Cozy Cabin. I have been involved in a golf tournament every year for the last 8 years at Pinetop Lakes Country Club and I have stayed in many of the hotels in town, as well as, the sports village condo's. This by far was the nicest and most comfortable amenities I have experienced yet! It felt like being at home while watching football on the couch in between rounds of golf. The entire booking process was amazingly smooth and expedient. It was a true 5 Star experience in every aspect and my group cannot wait to return next year!

Perfect place in Pinetop for families

Kind of the definition of a 5-star stay, because I can't really think of what could have been better about it. VERY clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Good size for a family of six plus dog. The welcome basket was a nice touch, with a good amount of snacks and treats to make it more pleasant. Great location - close to the main road and lots of stores & restaurants, but far enough that it is very quiet. The communication with Guy and Dixie was more than enough (but I'd rather have too much than too little), and everything was VERY clear. That is how you manage a property.

Owner was nice but felt our experience was poor

Had a rodent problem! Mouse poop all over furniture. Mouse nest in bathroom upstairs! My grand daughter was petrified to stay there!

Unfortunately we had a rodent sneak in while you were there. This has never happened before in renting our cabins for over 20 years and hopefully will never happen again as we have a new pest control company.
