Refinished full bathroom/extra towels provided! Private Self check-in with smart lock! Full driveway, outdoor seating ! Hammock available for relaxing .

Wonderful efficiency apartment

The property was very clean, attractive and comfortable. The location made it easy to get to the ballpark, out to the beach or to one of the many wonderful restaurants in the area. The host was wonderful to work with and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property.

Cape Coral Apartment

The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for a single or couple. Appeared to have been recently updated with new appliances, comfortable king sized bed, and cozy living area including electric fireplace/heater which was appreciated on cool mornings. There were some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom which were shared with host who has been very responsive in following up on ensuring they are being addressed.

Andy was wonderful - very helpful in getting us settled in their rental. Jane had the place all clean and gorgeous for us. The space was perfect for the two of us. We were able to take advantage of bikes, a hammock, outdoor seating, terrific beach chairs and cooler. Cape Coral was big fun - we were close to the beach and around for the Cape Coral Farmers' Market on Saturday.
