12 Days at Villa Pleasure

My husband and I stayed for 12 days and my kids came in for 5. We all thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was exactly as shown if not better. The owners were easy to communicate as was the check in and out process with Angar. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully we will next year.

Had an amazing stay. Only negative aspect is the charging you for electricity you use. If I would have known that I may have kept looking. We used the pool heat 4 days of the visit and only stayed at the house in the evening. And was charged $95. That’s a first I’ve encountered that at a vrbo

We loved the house. Property manager was responsive. We really enjoyed our stay - 3 rooms have king size beds, huge bathtub and amazing shower in the master bedroom, pool was heated and clean, loved having breakfast and lunch in the house and going out for dinners although we did use the BBQ one night (was great) - it was nice to park in the garage and do laundry there - it is well stocked with everything you need except food - the view of the lake was great - sunrise was beautiful - highly recommend this house, stunning architecture and lighting

Communication with owners was excellent and agent at property was very informative. House is beautiful! Bigger than we thought and the pool was a godsend in the Florida heat. Son was able to fish off the dock, so he was sorted for the week! You’re able to put the car in the garage to keep it cool, bonus. House is equipped with everything you need, plenty of towels, pool towels as well.dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer too.over all a fantastic place quite central for plenty of shops and restaurants.

Unexpected expenses

The house was very nice and well-equipped. However, I didn't realize that the pool was not heated, which was very disappointing. We have stayed at many VRBOs in Florida and other countries. We have never had to pay for additional people. The listing says the house accommodates 8 people. The charge is 18.00 per person, per day over two people. We had our 6 grandchildren come for a week's visit. The cost was an additional 680.00. We also had to pay an additional 84.00 for electricity. Compared to the experiences that we have had with past rentals, I feel that this was just an okay experience.

Great house in Cape Coral

Property is absolutely beautiful and works great for families. We have 4 kids and 2 adults...and it was great! Pool was awesome. There's a lake behind the house that had fish and even an alligator. ;) My only nit-picks... -We're used to staying in Marco Island and I didn't really realize how far away the ocean/beach would be. Admittedly, if you're used to Naples or Marco Island...Cape Coral isn't the same feel. -The area around the house (streets and general community) is undergoing a fair amount of road construction and infrastructure work. This made it feel a bit harder to get from place to place via car than it maybe should. -The owners charge for electricity. You get an allowance per day, but pay for over that amount. I didn't know this prior to staying at the property. It wasn't a huge cost, but wasn't disclosed to my knowledge until after we already paid up front. I wouldn't let any of these items deter you from booking this house. It was a great experience, the hospitality for the property is perfect and the management company takes care of everything you need.

Wir haben den Aufenhalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Wir haben uns dort sehr Wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden sehr nett und sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Anja (Verwaltung) immer nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schön und in Ruhe abgelegen. Fast alles ist in 10 PKW Minuten zu erreichen. Auch der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Villa nur weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr 2025 wieder.

Beautiful Property

Wow! This property is nothing short of perfect. The house, the pool, and the yard are beautiful. Well maintained and everything was spotless. The neighbors were really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway or family vacation.
