Extenuating Circumstances & Special Cancellation Terms

In certain extenuating circumstances, the host may offer an exception to the standard cancellation policy. If such an exception is granted, the guest will be given a specific deadline to cancel.

If the guest does not cancel within the stated timeframe, the reservation will remain active and no cash refund will be issued. Instead, the reservation value will be held as a non-transferable credit toward a future stay, subject to availability and any rate differences. Credits must be used within 12 months and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The place was really nice and exactly what we expected. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We felt so relaxed and it was so easy to just move right in and feel comfortable. Missed Friday flight for reservation

We did not make it to Florida on Friday night but came in on Saturday. Although I was a latest paying for the VRBO I was asked to not come until 3pm when I was ALREADY paying. Told that I would get a credit back But have not seen it? I will Not stay there again
