This 2400sqft Ranch style home located on 1/2 acre lot, features 3 bedrooms, 2 with King Beds and 1 with a Queen, and 2 full bathrooms, making it perfect for a family vacation or girls getaway! Inside the home you'll find a full gourmet kitchen with all the essentials plus a wine fridge, a dining room, a breakfast nook AND a breakfast bar, double ovens, and so much more! The open-concept living area includes a comfy sectional couch, fire-place, reading nook, and flatscreen streaming TV.

The primary bedroom features a King bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite bath with a river-rock walk-in shower, while the secondary bedrooms feature a King bed and Queen bed and share a full bath with a tub. Also in the home is a Queen size sleeper sofa. This amazing home is able to to accommodate 8 guests!

Outside is where the fun happens, with countless amenities and features for the whole family. In the cabana you'll find a built-in gas grill and cooking area, bar seating, a dining table. The crown jewel of the backyard is the large swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for poolside margaritas. Accompanying the pool is a private hot tub under a gazebo, and the large fire-pit with Adirondack chairs for all. The yard is fully fenced for your privacy, and every amenity has been curated to create the ideal outdoor oasis for your dream vacation.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Please note: For the safety of you and your children, the back door facing the pool is equipped with an alarm. Please exercise caution and supervise your children around the pool and hot tub AT ALL TIMES.

Great experience at Casa Aloha! We had six women for a mom's trip and it was the perfect house. We loved the location and amenities of the home. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard too much because of weather, but it is beautiful! Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed everything about Casa Aloha. Perfect backyard for relaxing and although the sun didn't come out much during our stay we took advantage of the hot tub. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels for showering and pool towels. Clean. And best of all…no checkout checklist. Although we did tidy up but it's nice to not have to in case you are short on time. Also, it's a quiet street but still walkable to Main St. We would stay here again.

Lovely Home

This house is AMAZING!! This was our home away from home during our annual girl's trip. This house is absolutely beautiful and decorated well with comfortable furniture and the owner's artwork. We were lucky enough to meet the owner and she was as lovely as the house. The outdoor space was amazing it was a little cold for the pool but it was great for our evening stories, laughs, and card games but most importantly the beds were like sleeping on clouds! Walking to all the shops was a little far for us but just a short Uber away - 1 to 1.5 miles or less to most places. I would recommend this house to anyone and will stay here every time I am in Fredericksburg!!!

Amazing clean property

What a nice beautiful clean house. We rented for our 17th Anniversary and I was so perfect for the 2 of us. Very close to the square. The pool was clean and ready to swim. It was perfect. The hot tube was a great amenity for the end of the night. You don't need anything in this beautiful house. . I do recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash as they do not supply. Very comfortable and very clean. I do recommend they cut the grass and spray the yard for mosquitoes. .Stepping stones to the hot tube would also be nice to see. We will be back. Thanks for having everything we needed. It was a pleasure
