We were in San Juan for a holiday and found a perfect spot in the center of everything in this lovely condo that had everything we needed to relax, cook, and stay. The owner was very attentive from booking to closeout and was responsive to our needs throughout. Close to dining and beaches it was a perfect spot and is kept clean and has a good TV for those times not on the road.

Great location, with some issues

This condo has an excellent location in Condado neighborhood. Right on the main street Avenida Ashford, you're steps away from more restaurants than you could dream, and also steps away from the lovely Ocean Park Beach. Bus stops made for easy access to Old San Juan. The windows do allow quite a lot of street noise to reach even the 11th floor, which made sleeping soundly an unfulfilled wish. Although quite comfortable for 2, the futon accommodation for our 3rd person was very uncomfortable; perhaps an inflatable mattress would be a better choice. We appreciated the helpful and friendly doorman Hector, who even agreed to hold our luggage so we could fully enjoy our last day in PR.

Even though I moved to New York to follow my dreams as a Singer/ Actress, I still make a point of coming back to vacation as often as I can. Puerto Rico is the perfect place to enjoy wonderfully warm weather all year long, beautiful white sand beaches, incredibly delicious food and friendly, inviting people. On one particular trip, I managed to get a great tan, took an amazing yoga class and enjoyed the best Piña Colada I’ve ever had in my life – all in my neighborhood!! Try to enjoy all that Puerto Rico has to offer and I’m certain that you’ll keep coming back too!

First of all, the location is in the heart of the metropolitan area in Puerto Rico. Second, Ashford Avenue stands out as a beautifully-landscaped, pedestrian-friendly showcase of Puerto Rico’s more high end style. Aside from that, the neighborhood boasts over 50 restaurants and bars to fit every taste and every budget, so with all of that on offer, there was no question; I had to invest in my own Condado Puerto Rico beach apartment.'
