From the Christmas tree farm neighboring the property, to the 30 minute drive to Hunter or Windham Mountain ski lodges, we provide a comfortable stay for all occasions and seasons! An ideal location at fall foliage peak season with over 200 acres of wooded marked hiking trails. A perfect stay for a short or extended visit, we would love to accommodate!

Yes there are board games lots of them, many many TVs in separate rooms and the backyard is huge and has so many trees and a bonfire with chairs with tons of firewood, we spent many hours there even with the snow, it was awesome. The dinning room table fits more than 12 people, it was perfect. Just bring shampoo and washer soap if you plan on doing laundry.

Family Reunion

This is our second year staying at Whispering Pines, and again, it did not disappoint. There is plenty of room inside and out to gather. Room for adults, and outside safe space for children to play to their hearts content. The BnB is spotless throughout. A great place for families.

Good rental for a large group. The property managers provided several outdoor games. Lots of space for indoor and outdoor entertainment.

This house is very spacious and a great place for our two families with eleven of us to enjoy a long weekend together. There are many great sitting areas, TV options, and an awesome bunk bed set upstairs that our teenagers loved. There is a spiral staircase to the second level which could be an issue for families with young children but all of our kids were older and could handle it. We had enough towels and blankets for all of us. We really enjoyed the fire pit and yard and used the outdoor propane grill to cook out. The dining table is huge and perfect for a large group to be able to eat together inside. It’s a great house for a big group to enjoy time together. Paul’s Pizzeria nearby was a good restaurant for a large group with excellent food. Otherwise hard to find area restaurants that could accommodate a large party, especially on a holiday weekend.
