Located just across the street from the beach by Lifeguard Tower 9, you can join locals to watch the sunsets or stroll up the beach to the Pier. This 1BR/1BA boutique retreat is the ideal location to walk to wonderful restaurants, shopping, Thursday Farmer's Market, or experience the award-winning micro-breweries.
Step into your new clean, contemporary space and be greeted with an open flow from the entry to the living room on the left, complete with a Foosball table. The fully equipped kitchen and open dining room are ready for you to dine in or out. The spa-like bathroom is situated at the end of the hallway, outside the bedroom which has the comfort of a king-size bed, nightstands and closet, 60" TV and air conditioner. The condo has recently been completely renovated with top-of-the-line finishes, including custom cabinets, frameless glass shower doors, and decorative tile accents in the bathroom.
The home comes with a shared garage space and plenty of nearby street parking. Access to the common sitting area in the breezeway with a foot shower and the outdoor grill area with seating.

Great spot!

We loved our little Oceanside vacation. The spot had everything we needed and the access to the ocean view for sunrises and sunsets was ideal. Walking/biking distance to everything we needed.

9.5/10 Close drives to multiple beaches. Close drive to shops and fun things to do. Close drive to main highways. Ambiance was beautiful and warm. Perfect for small families or couples...or on your own. AC and Washer/Dryer. Provides what you will need for a great stay. Beaches are nearby. Literal walks away. Enjoy this spot for any future plans. Well worth it and highly recommended.

Exceptional vacation home

We (our pup and us) loved our 3 day stay! The property was expertly managed and maintained impeccably. They were also super prompt in communication. The check-in and checkout process was seamless, probably the easiest we've experienced in all our travels. We had minor questions during our stay which they answered and solved immediately. The location was great. A little note - it is a busy street, the walls are thin and it could get a bit noisy. But, nothing to take away from everything else about this lovely home. Evenings and nights were quiet. Highly recommend it overall.

My Birthday On Oceanside

I had an awesome birthday. The unit is very nice, it looks freshly renovated. Decorated very well. Fully loaded with all appliances two smart TVs, All the channels you can think of. Tower 9 is right in front of the vacation rentals it has high tide. it's not safe to be there when it's high tide.There's no sand when The Tide is high. Tower 9 is very beautiful but the ties are really high there. I did go down closer to the pier . I had a chance to enjoy Tower number one which is right at the pier and I also went on the other side of the pier, the right side of the pier if you're standing in front of the pier is very nice. It's less congested on the right side of the pier versus the left side of the pier it's more private on the right side of the pier . I love the water and I enjoyed my stay.

Nice Getaway

A very nice condo with comfortable furniture, nice linens, and well-stocked kitchen appliances/dishes, etc. They even provided the Kurig coffee and creamers! The washer/dryer appliance is an awesome addition, even though we did not need it during our 4 day stay. Heather, our manager, was very responsive and friendly to us during our time there. We also loved the garage parking, so we were out of the rain and had a secure, locked location convenient to our condo. The only reason we aren't giving it 5-stars is that the noise from traffic, outside voices, and overhead guests was too loud for us. We were in unit #4. This is not the fault of the owners or managers, it's just a sound insulation issue that is lacking. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time during a popular weekend at Oceanside. Thank you!
