The kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances for easy handling of home cooking, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. After the day's adventures, unwind in the nautical-inspired living area. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

There is NO boat trailer parking onsite due to HOA restrictions. You will need to make offsite arrangements for trailer parking prior to arrival.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful, clean and across the street from Flora Bama Bar

The host was wonderful. Communicated with me throughout my stay and if I needed them, they would be available. The condo was extremely clean. Bed very comfortable. The only small negative, and others mentioned it, are the walls are thin and one of my two nights there the neighbors were a bit loud. BUT, the airconditioner fan was on so it created enough white noise so it didn't bother us. ALSO there is a white noise machine in the bedroom, so utilize that! Across the street from Flora-Bama bar - excellent music and the food is really good too. The drinks are great - try their Bushwacker. It's a huge place - check it out. The beach is BEAUTIFUL and NOT CROWDED. You can walk through the Flora-Bama bar to get to the beach or there is beach access down the road about 1.2 miles away. I would not hesitate to stay at this condo if I were to return to Perdido Key.
