Perfect anniversary trip!!

We were beyond pleased with our stay in perdido sun! Perfect walking distance to all the yummy restaurants and amazing beach views. The bed is super comfy and the view from the room is immaculate. We will be staying again!

TV in LR didn’t work. Cox cable remote and TV remote wouldn’t connect. Need room darkening curtains inBDR, light in strong at 6:00am. Codes provided: condo code OK; Lobby, beach workout NO! Employee tried 3 times, finally gave me universal code. One of the closet doors on BDR on wrong track.

Property was just right for our girl's trip. Me, my daughter, granddaughter and her friend. View was outstanding!! Only complaint, balcony door was very difficult to open. Thankful for super duper a/c!!

Great spot, quiet, Coach’s chairs very accommodating, water is very near, butterfly sanctuary before ya reach the beach, so peaceful, perfection with the exception of the door lock?! It appears to need some repairs but finally halfway secured it!? WiFi and TV instructions needed in the room, but person came within the hour to get them going. Clean!

We had a great trip and really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was clean, comfortable and beautiful and had plenty of dishes and towels for the two of us. The bed was comfortable to me, but my husband thought it a bit firm. An iron and ironing board and a hair dryer are available for use. All the appliances and small appliances were nice and worked properly, but there is no ice maker so we made use of the ice trays provided. We absolutely loved the keyless entry, no key/card to keep on the beach. The water heater is small so long hot showers are out. This might be helped (as well as the slow drain at times) if a water saving shower head were installed. There are no beach items such as towels, toys, boards, or chairs available in the unit nor a washer and dryer, however, there is a laundry on the ground floor if needed. We were close to several nice restaurants including Fisherman's Corner (good,$$), Oster Bar (best food but $$$), Shrimp Basket (great, $), and The Crab Trap (great,$$) and hardly spent any time in the car. The heated pool and outdoor pools are lovely and the hot tub was nice too. Access to the beach was quick and Rose, the lady at the front desk, was friendly and helpful. Booking and checking out was quick and easy. I would recommend this unit and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed your one bedroom condo, it was comfortable and clean! I would love to suggest a few constructive options! You could really use a ceiling fan in the main room and in the bedroom! We were there in October and while it wasn’t incredibly hot. I could not imagine being there in the summer and not having better air flow! The lights in the bedroom beside the bed really didn’t work well! The closet was hard to manage because the doors were not easily movable. In the kitchen it would’ve been nice to have some really decent heat resistant oven gloves. The refrigerator did not have an icemaker, and that was offsetting! Honestly going down the long corridor to the ice machine was about as scary as a Stephen King movie and there’s no way I would do that! I would get in my car and drive to buy a bag of ice before I would go down that corridor, ha ha ha! We had a lovely time. It would definitely come back. Oh, I forgot to add that TV in the main room needs to be way bigger. It needs to be at least a smart TV!

We have stayed at Perdido Sun several times in different units over the past years with no issues. This year there were some but they were more of a nuisance than anything. Pro:Nice size room and very cleanTowels provided were greatA/C was very goodAll staff were very friendlyProperity nicely maintainedCheckin was a breeze, lots of cartsConBed was not good, felt like head was lower than body.Not one sharp knife in unit. No kitchen knives or steak knives.Manual can opener had stripped gears and would turn but not open cans.Would have liked a bigger tv in the main room. 42in tv seemed a bit small to watch from table or sofa.The kitchen faucet sprayer was almost impossible to pull out to use. On the last night the kitchen faucet would not turn off and was at full force. Had to go under sink to turn it off. My wife and I were headed to dinner so I called management and they came and fixed it while we were out.We did enjoy our stay and in all fairness we did not report these things to management for them to have a chance to fix the issues.Overall we enjoued our stay

Windemere 904 cabana included

Easy check in. The condo was clean and well stocked with all things one would need for a weeklong stay. Plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware…Washer and dryer were a big hit with us too.The condo design took some getting used to with the half bath in line between the full bath and bedroom.Bed was uncomfortable, too soft. I actually slept on the couch one night. View from balcony was perfect. Poolside cabana was great, I think we will want that on future trips. Pool and hot tub were also great. Very clean and well cared for. Communication was great. We had a problem with the toilet and they were out to fix it very quickly. Overall, we were very pleased.

Great trip!

Condo was exactly as shown. Amazing views. We had double red flags all but last day. Found some bay side beaches to go to and the kids didnt seem to mind. Walking distance to pauls pizzza, the islander, the jellyfish, and ice cream shop. We would definitely visit again!

This place was quiet and beautiful. It was bright with so many windows looking at the beach/ocean. To make it 100% perfect would have been a taller toilet in the hall bath and a ceiling fan or some overhead light in the bedroom.

We’ve been going to Perdido Key for a few years now and try to stay at some place different every time. This place didn’t disappoint. Beautiful beach, indoor and outdoor pools and right across from one of our favorite restaurants, The Jellyfish. We had everything we needed.

Short Getaway

My partner and I needed a break and decided to give perdido key a try per recommendation from a coworker. I found this listing on vrbo and it was perfect! We had everything we needed here! There wasnt much to do in perdido but it was a short drive to Pensacola where we did spend quite a bit of time. The beach access was easy, pool and hot tub clean and relaxing. Amenities were great! My only complaint was the cookware was a bit subpar. Most people dont cook on vacation but its something I enjoy. A very trivial set back given the rest of the things amenities provided. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for an affordable, quiet and clean place to enjoy a nice, relaxing stay on the beach.

Great, but...

This condo has so many great features, but I now know where old TVs go to die. It is 2023, you can't charge this much for a condo and have a old computer monitor doubling as TV. You can buy a new Smart TV for less than $150. The bed is awful. Putting a 6" foam pad on top of a wore out mattress is not at the top of the game.
