Bring your boat with you, or rent from one of the many boat rental companies in the area! We can offer recommendations - feel free to reach out. This neighborhood of ~100 homes also has a private boat launch just down the road.

Long Lake is one of the area's largest all-sports, inland lakes and is located just a few miles south of Traverse City. At nearly 3,000 acres, this spring-fed lake has a service area of 4.5 square miles. It is one of the most popular spots for boating, fishing, and swimming with it's clear water and islands to explore.

Four of the islands (Fox, Long, Picnic, and South Island) are parks open to the public with reasonable use restrictions.

A short 10 minute drive north-east will find you in downtown Traverse City, with many options for dining, shopping, and downtown beaches.
