About this property
Ski In & Ski Out Park City Old Town Condo. Fully renovated as of December 2024.
Fully renovated including new furniture and opening back up for reservations beginning December 2024! This is the best location in Park City where you are close to Main Street and ski in vía Town Lift. No dealing with parking at PCMR/Canyons or paying/reserving for it now that that is required.
Two bedroom one bath with a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra space. You cannot beat this location. Hot tub on site right below the condo. Includes one dedicated parking spot on Woodside.
The condo has 2 bedrooms and a patio off of both bedrooms. Common space in the building includes free washer/dryer on the 1st floor, sitting area, and a hot tub filled in the winter months.
Other things to note
Around town: any stairs with green handle railings are public access and are the route to both Main Street dining & shopping, and the walkway to Quit N Time ski run. Early season & spring conditions for skiing may not allow skiing on Quit N Time. In this case you can upload and download on Town Lift to gain access to the condo.

About the host
Hosted by Jason DeGan

My wife and I are originally from Dallas & Austin, Texas but have lived in Utah since 2010. We love the snow & the mountains - there is no other feeling like being in fresh snow at PCMR! We are both professionals in the Salt Lake area and have two young children that are just getting accustomed to the ski life. We love college football and traveling, and are excited to host you in the most ideal location in Park City!
Why they chose this property
This is the most ideal location in Park City. It is one set of stairs from Quit N' Time ski run that takes you down to Town Lift. You don't have to fight for parking at the base of the resort or deal with any traffic. After your ski or biking day you are 2 sets of stairs down to the center of Main street for all of your dining & entertainment desires.
What makes this property unique
The location! It combines the best parts of being ski in/ski out in the winter with also being a brief walk to Main Street for the best shopping & dining experiences in the state! Also we love the natural & rustic feel of the building that makes it more unique than other local options and makes you feel like you are in the mountains.
