Charlotte Condo

Property owners were great in communicating with whatever we needed. They are new to ownership and trying to make whatever you need a priority. Place was great and in a good location.

The property was close to UNCC so the location was great. It was also close to lots of restaurants and shops which made it nice for us to get everything needed for our daughter’s first year at UNCC. Unfortunately the pool was not kept up very well and my family would not swim in it. I know it is not the host’s responsibility to maintain the pool but this was a big deal for us as we wanted to make this a mini vacation for our daughters. We didn’t see anyone go to the pool the entire time we were there. We also didn’t see anyone cleaning it. Our host was kind but communication took longer than I am used to. While on previous properties, my experience has been that the host would get back to me within a couple of hours at most. The overall cleanliness of the place was good. It wasn’t pristine but it felt clean enough that I wasn’t worried about beds and couches, etc.
