Very centrally located for a lot of options within walking distance. Beach, entertainment, multiple restaurants, mini-golf, etc. Helped to make a nice relaxing vacation.

This host is wonderful and caring went above and beyond to make stay wonderful.The unit is better than the pics or description best one we ever booked.Beds are comfy nice kitchen with nice appliances and cookware.Great area plenty good food close and great beach location .We will try to get same place next year!Erik is a wonderful host THANK YOU , The Cliftons

We loved our stay at Erik’s condo. It’s lovely! The balcony is perfect for watching the water and the dolphins and drinking your morning cuppa. Access to the beach could not be easier. And Erik was a responsive and helpful host. We’d happily stay here again.

Property is in excellent condition with nice amenities and stylish decor. View from the balcony is awesome. You can hear the waves and spot dolphins regularly. Getting out the door and on the stand literally only takes a minute.

This place has two bedrooms and was great for the four of us. We had two teenagers girls and we had enough room. We were right off the beach and we could see the sunrise and watch the fireworks. We close to being dead center on the strip so the walking was reasonable. The host was great also. Met us at the entrance and gave us some pointers for our stay.

We had a few instances where we had to contact Eric and he quickly responded. He also gave a tour of the condo upon our arrival and provided us with great restaurant recommendations. The property is at a great location with easy beach access and a beautiful balcony view of the ocean and the boardwalk. The condo is very spacious, with modern amenities and very clean.If we visit Virginia Beach again we will definitely book this property again.

The condo was very spacious in a prime location- just steps from the beach and you could not beat the view, plus in walking distance to pretty much everything Beach chairs and a boogie board were provided along with a dedicated parking space in a gated areaWe did find it to be noisy at night with the traffic (downside of a prime location!) There are shutters which help - but the middle bedroom didn't have them. As other reviews have mentioned the condo was much bigger than the pictures!

Such a convenient location!

We had a great time at this property! The space was clean and larger than we anticipated. It was super close to the beach and plenty of food options within walking distance.

Great Spot

This location is great! It is central to both the beach and many shops. The owner is friendly and very helpful. I recommend bringing some headphones/ear plugs as the noise from the street (cars/motorcycles) could be noisy

Great Place

This is a great place if you are looking for right in the heart of Virginia Beach. It was well kept and very clean. Great view right on the ocean as well and felt laid back while also being right in the action. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful place

The location was right in the heart of town with walking access to many places. The place was beautiful and having no the storm shutters did help tremendously to eliminate the noises from outside
