House was perfect for our family of four. It was tastefully decorated with beach decor. Only suggestion would be some ice cube trays (freezer didn’t make any ice) and some throw pillows on the couch.

The property, inside and out, was very clean! Everything you need for your stay was provided, including containers for leftover food, which was so convenient for when we cooked at the house. Hair dryer, hair straightener, shampoo, soap, and conditioner, even an extra toothbrush and toothpaste for if you forgot yours. The hot tub and pool was so nice to have to wind down at the end of the day. No houses behind you and far enough from the main road that there is very little road noise. Host was quick to return messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will consider this property in the future if we stay in the area again. Highly recommend staying at this property for a great home away from home!

The property was very nice , in a wonderful location close to the beach.. Very spacious, when needed, the property owner was easy to contact. It was nice to have a pool and spa and both could be heated.. Anyone looking for a home away from home, This is your spot.

Beautiful home

This house is very aesthetically pleasing, beautiful pool, close to shopping etc. The road is a little busy, but not too crazy. Minor issues:For whatever reason, the hot water in the kitchen sink was turned off underneath the sink, the second bathroom I could not get the water hot, it stayed luke warm, so we didn't use that bathroom to shower. The Master bathroom shower was hot (but starting getting colder towards the end of a shower). My daughter could not get her laptop to connect to the WiFi, no matter what we tried, it said the connection was not secure The patio roof leaks when it rains, but just one small side, so not a big issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Christine, Thank you for reviewing our home! Im trying to understand why the hot water might of been shut off under the sink and I came up with the possibility the technicians forgot to turn it back on after installing the new fridge recently. I apologize that you had to deal with that. We have 2 internet networks, I wish you asked we would of shared the other option if we knew you were having trouble. I'll be sure the add it to our welcome binder for future visitors. I'll check on the water temps in the showers, but turning to the left is for hot water and if its too hot, turn it to the right. We are aware of the leaky spot in the first linai and are coming up with a plan to correct it. After reading your review I realized we had clearly not communicated much at all during your stay. I'll be sure to check in with me guests moving forward. Glad you still enjoyed yourself and thank you for your review!

Rejuvenating! Perfect home for our group.

I cannot say enough to convey our positive experience with Marta and her home. Communication was superb from day 1. She even went out of her way to provide a float for the pool and was always accessible and quick to respond, pleasantly at that. The layout and amenities of this home is IDEAL for families with children. If I could copy the layout at home, we would remodel to something similar because it worked so well with children. The house was very clean, the beds and living room furniture very comfortable. I appreciated that we all were safe, felt comfortable and could relax. I recommend this home for families and those who are more comfortable with an at home, moderate environment.

Wonderful Stay

The place is wonderful and the owner truly amazing. We were so happy with the stay. The living room has plenty of seating for like 6 people. The dining table sat 7-8. The kitchen had everything we needed. The second bedroom had a queen bed and twin perfect for our three kids. The master had a king bed. Plenty of room for storing suitcases. The pool was amazing. My kids were in the pool every chance they had. The owner was very responsive and answered every question we had. She also left detailed instructions for everything. Close to tons of parks and so many nice restaurants. We recommend Estuary downtown New Port Richey. We felt at home and didnt want to leave! HIGHLY recommend.

First off property didn’t seem clean: floors felt griddy, throw rugs in both bathrooms were dirty, top of toilet in master bath was grimy to touch, with 4 adults we had to stagger showers because we kept running out of hot water, access to private beach as stated in ad was not accessible, pool was not heated unless we wanted to pay an extra $25.00 per day to heat, no local TV reception, lost WIFI for half day, no thermostat control for house.

Thank you so much for the review. Communication about your concerns was lacking. I apologize if the floors seemed gritty. We definitely had the house cleaned prior to your stay. I will pay more attention to that for future bookings. I will also double check that the cleaning service washes bath rugs as they should be. The stand up shower has plenty of hot water, the master shower in bathtub takes a while to warm up and sometimes never gets extremely hot which is fine during the hotter months. We add a pool heater fee as an option during suggested months when the water temps are rather low. We didn’t think it’d be fair to charge the same rate during the hotter months when the pool heater is not necessary. It is an added expense to heat the pool. The gulf harbors beach club is consistently changing rules and you may have booked while we had full access to allow guests use the beach. The most recent rule is that guests are escorted by deed holders. We did let you know that we can escort you but you never gave us a date to do so. We had a bad breaker for furnace which we recently replaced and our wifi router was recently updated and replaced as well. I sincerely apologize that you had a half day with no wifi connection during your stay. We have 2 smart tvs/Roku installed on one so you can access all your apps and streaming devices as well as free apps on the smart TVs. We do not have cable tv. I will be sure to clearly state this into our listing moving forward. Again, we appreciate the review. We continue to strive to make our home a perfect getaway for you. Thank you!
