Start your day with your cup of coffee and enjoy from the dock watching the gorgeous sunrise and end the day with a cocktail as the sun sets. Newly remodeled two-story spacious home with cozy decor and ample amenities. This home is bright, stylish and fully furnished with anything you may need during your relaxing getaway. A new private dock was completed in 2023 that provides all the space you and your guests may need to enjoy dinner, fishing or just sitting under the stars. We are near Margaritaville Resort, local dining, shopping and great fishing.
Country club amenities are available to use for guests for an extra charge. Play golf, tennis, pickleball, swim, or workout at the club gym.
