This house was amazing! The team is so responsive and secured us early check in and late check out! Our kids loved the pool and the lock features on the doors to the pool were so nice to have with young kids! Great vacation and fantastic house!

You will not be disappointed

The place is beautiful. Also very quiet considering you have easy access to everything. The home also had plenty of soaps, towels, dishes etc. the backyard pool and spa are great. I would not hesitate to book again. Very satisfied.

Island time!

This property was located in walkable distance to anything you may need. Bars. Restaurants. Grocery store. The pool area was perfect and where we spent 80% of the vacation. The hot tub and pool maintained heat and cleanliness for our entire stay. When we were to return Marco Island this is the only place we would stay. Special thanks for hosting us.

Nice clean easy

Overall nice comfortable home. 3 couples stayed. Only issues was too few pillows (non decorative), lack of toilet paper/garbage bags/detergent (dish & laundry) and towels were similar to a 2 star hotel (and no pool specific). Would stay again but those little touches would be greatly appreciated.

Beautiful home

The home was immaculate and everything was brand new! It had a great layout for eating and families. The alarm was piercing every time you opened any of the sliders leading out into the pool. It is a great safety feature but would be better if you can disable it when needed. I tried to communicate with the management to see if we could do anything. They responded quickly but whoever wasn’t from the area and didn’t fully understand what we were talking about. Not enough to ruin our vacation but we had to sneak out during nap times and bedtimes so the alarm didn’t wake the kids up! The area was beautiful and the pool was perfect with the outdoor kitchen! Would definitely recommend to those who are looking for a modern open concept on the island!

The house itself was great! Newer construction, clean, great pool area, etc. Customer service through Vacasa was somewhat disappointing though. The house was not ready at the designated check in time of 4pm, which was frustrating considering we were traveling with a young child, and last thing we wanted after a long day of travel was to sit around waiting. When the cleaning was done and the house was available, the provided access code/garage code didn’t work. This deferred the start of our vacation further as we had to reach out to customer service to resolve. They were quick in helping us get the lockbox key as an alternative, but still frustrating to run into back-to-back issues to start vacation. Overall, 5 start house but poor customer service through the property management company which would make me hesitant to book through them again.

Beautiful place to stay in Marco Island

Great home. Gorgeous inside and very clean. The home is spacious. It had beach chairs ice chest and insulated backpack for the day at the beach. So convenient especially when you don’t drive into town. Great location. Clean neighborhood. I definitely recommend this house. It will not disappoint you. The only suggestion I have for the property manager is to provide more details on the pool alarm. This alarm goes off when you open the sliding door. You have to push the alarm button to go outside and then again to go inside. We couldn’t find the alarm button. The property manager called and told us the alarm button was behind the curtains of every sliding door. It’s hidden I would’ve never found it on my own. This information wasn’t listed on any of the documents. We had no idea that FL has a law that all FL pools have alarms.

Brand new rental, former builder model, with annoying alarm.

This home is well laid out with alot of style upgrades (i.e. great tile work), so aesthetically it’s very pleasing. Perfect size for our family of 4 with 2 adult children. Pros: - Laid out really well for family hang time - Screen around the pool is really well done so you hardly notice it - Great afternoon sun - Size of the pool and basketball hoop for the pool were wins! - The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, including utensils for the grill! Cons: - Super annoying alarm sounds when you open any of the doors going go the pool. Understand it’s for safety, but we don’t have small children. It made going in and out of the house a chore. Going out, you can press a button, but your time with the door open is limited. Prevents you from opening the stacking sliding door. When you come in, you have 2 seconds before the alarm sounds. - The alarm panel on the master bedroom wall emits a lot of light at night. - It’s extra to heat the pool/hot tub. Didn’t need heat for the pool in late June, but did need it for the hot tub. We didn’t pay the extra fee and never used the hot tub. - The pool has a pretty limited shallow end and gets deep fast. Might be a concern for some.
