This white mountain getaway exudes luxury! Complete with 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms on 4 levels. A separate in-law suite occupies the ground floor. A primary suite occupies the top floor. Tastefully appointed kitchen with top end appliances and furnishings throughout. The wrap around balcony invites you to dramatic views of Loon mountain and 3 season outdoor seating and dining. The property includes parking for up to 3 cars. Includes access to Loon slope side pool/fitness mountain club!
The space
4 levels of luxurious sun splashed living with dramatic mountain views every season of the year! High end kitchen complete with Bosch appliances and furnishings. Lower level has in-law suite with a mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave.
Guest access
Exclusive access to Loons mountain club. Indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and programming. Spa services are available and towels are provided.
Other things to note
***Coolidge Falls Association is a quiet community and not suitable for parties or large groups. Parking is limited
to 3 cars. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 7AM. Speed limit of 15 MPH strictly enforced. Use of the fireplace is prohibited*****

We wanted a weekend ski getaway with our adult kids where everyone had a place to sleep in a room and easy access to Loon Mountain. This house was spectacular. The downstairs "suite" was perfect for my son, wife & 8 month old. Condo was clean, modern and comfortable. We want to come back next year!

We were two families: four adults and 5 children. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The views of the mountain were gorgeous. Pick up by the shuttle was so convenient for our skiers. We arrived 30 minutes early and were allowed to get right in. Communication was always fast. Would highly recommend this spot.

We had a truly enjoyable stay!! The house is spacious, well-appointed, and offered everyone a little bit of privacy with the bedrooms on three out of the four levels. Super easy access to Loon on the shuttle that ran frequently, and access to the hot tub was an added bonus! One thing to note is that you cannot use the fireplace during your stay, but this didn't detract from all the cozy vibes at this townhouse. Highly recommend!

The perfect unit for a couple families to vacation together and not feel like they were on top of each other! Close to all Lincoln & Loon has to offer. We can’t wait to come back.

Excellent location, condo and host

We loved our stay for a long ski weekend with extended family. The condo was clean, comfortable, and fit us easily. The location was fantastic being able to see the mountain and take advantage of the shuttles. We also made use of the Loon Club membership, using the pool and hot tub multiple times. Brendan was very responsive and flexible on check out time. Highly recommend!
