Prefect for extra room at the lake house.

Beer bottles in the kitchen

Opened the door to, at first glance, a charming very "tiny" house with a fishing theme. This would be a great place to stay If you don't mind getting through the garbage of half drank bottles of beer and the food encrusted dish cleaner (no washing liquid to use anyway) in the kitchen to the dirty stains on the sheets in the master bedroom to the basic amenities like soap being absent. Oh and did I mention I was charged a very expensive "cleaning fee". I was told by the host that I would be refunded my cleaning fee but it would take a month to do so. Amazing how charges are deducted out of accounts the day of reservations but have to wait a MONTH for a refund? Doesn't make a lot of sense.

First of all, I would like to apologize for the half of bottle of beer that got over looked as well as the dirty dish cleaner. As far as not having any amenities, such as dish soap and shower soap, we are an VRBO we are not a hotel. I offered the refund until I inspected the place after check out. Every bed in the house had been used and some kind of weird stain was left on the couch. As far as the time frame to refund, VRBO holds my money for 30 days and I will not use VRBO again.
