We traveled here for Christmas and had the best time. Karen was on top of everything and any issue we had she was very attentive to even with it being the holidays. The house was perfect for our group of 8 and in a great location near the pool and private beach. We had such a great time and we can't wait to return!

Hello, Flaging this review. 1 star does not properly reflect your experience on record as you quoted on our VRBO conversations "Eveything is great with the house" Timely response was given throughout your stay, coordination for resort marina rental and technician service was facilitated. Unfortunately, as you expressed, you had to leave one day earlier on your boat due to tropical storm. I offered to credit you a day on your next stay with us. Please request a VRBO review correction. To reflect a truthful and honest review. We look forward to hosting you in the future.
