Great apartment

My wife and I stayed here for five days and the place worked very well for us. Very secure (you needed a key to get into the actual building). Had our own parking space. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Everything was very clean. Comfortable beds. We would definitely consider this place again.

We stayed at Georgetown Fairview Park for a week. The location was perfect, plus there's a great ice cream store, Weber's, a little ways down across the street. Once we found the apartment, check in was OK. I finally realized that our numbered parking spot was the same number as the key lock in the breezeway (for obtaining our apt. key). Upon entering the apt. we realized the refrigerator was not working. I texted maintenance and they were very responsive. They came out immediately, tried to fix the fridge and ended up buying a new refrigerator which was installed the next day. The beds were very comfortable with dehumidifiers in both bedrooms. All the living room furniture was covered. One couch and chair was very comfortable but the other couch was very bumpy and not comfortable at all. Just a small hick up but two comfortable couches would have been nice for the three of us. The apartment was great but the stairwell carpet was very dirty. The owner has been renovating these apartments and once the renovation is complete this will be a great place. It was a bit pricey but I was desperate to find something in this location. Would I go back? Yes!

For those who love to explore nature and enjoy hiking & walking, the property borders the Rocky River Reservation which is part of the Cleveland Metroparks. Rocky River Reservation is home to Rocky River Stables horseback riding, Mastic Woods Golf Course, South Mastick Picnic Area, Sledding Area, Rocky River Oxbow Lagoon which is a permanent fishing and ice fishing area. Scenic Park Trailhead is located in a well populated area, its a nearly level trail and includes a shaded section along the river, trail length of less than a mile. Near the trailhead, 41 Degree North Coastal Kayak Adventures offers kayaking & stand-up paddleboarding classes and rentals. Less than 10 minutes way and on the National Register of Historic Places, Fort Hill is an authentic earthworks site believed to have been created by Early Woodland Indians over 2000 years ago. Rocky River Nature Center Trailhead provides access to over 5 miles of trails and the nature center itself, these trails will take you to the river's edge, a wetland forest, ponds, hilltops and ancient American Indian earthworks.
We are a few minutes from NASA Glenn Research Center, Cleveland Airport, the I-X Center, Kamms Corners (Bars and Restaurants), Westgate Shopping Center and Fairview Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Lake Erie beaches nearby: Edgewater Beach is a 15 minute drive northeast and Huntington Beach is a 15 minute drive northwest of the property. A fifteen minute drive east to Downtown Cleveland features major sports complexes Major League Baseball park Progressive Field, NFL stadium First Energy Field and NBA arena Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. If music is your passion, come visit the history of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, an 18 minute drive from the property! Let's not forget JACK Casino located in Downtown Cleveland
