Property was cozy and clean. My wife and two young kids loved it.The description of beach proximity is no exaggeration. We've never stayed so close to the beach before; it was amazing to be able to walk just a couple minutes and be at the beach.

This place was tooo cool. Check in was amazing, they communicated very well with was expected upon renting the property; how to locate the property as well as several activities located near the property. This was a nice getaway for the family. EXTREMELY CLOSE TO THE BEACH, WHICH WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. They have utensils and cook wares if you are looking to save money by cooking (we brought our own) and have a few beach supplies in case you don't have any or didn't bring enough ( like us). The pricing was fair we stayed 2 nights. It is an upstairs and downstairs set up which i love, but I had an accident earlier this year which made going up the stairs difficult. The beds were good, bunk beds in two rooms, they were very spacious and the master bedroom bed was big. A little too firm for my husband's and I liking but still a comfortable bed for those who like firm mattresses. Aside from that it was a wonderful stay and we look forward to booking with them for another family vacation.

We had the best weekend in Panama City Beach while staying here! Clean, clear communication with the host, and the location was ideal! Right across the street from the beach with shopping/restaurants in walking distance!
