Dive into movies on one of the five smart TVs or enjoy friendly competitions w/ pool & arcade games. Between Kings Beach and Tahoe City, enjoy dining at Garwoods & Watermans Landing. With Lake Tahoe's trails nearby, winter activities abound!

The Space:
Open floor plan. Family and friends unite and enjoy the home with all there is to offer. Pool table, televisions, smart TVs, 90 inch tv, connect 4 on the wall, plenty of games, and even an arcade game.

Please note that the primary guest making the booking must be 30 years of age or older as per our reservation policy.

Several access points all accessible via keyless entry.

The Neighborhood:
Close to ski resorts, restaurants, Lake Tahoe, and lots of fun.

Getting Around:
All wheel drive vehicles are the best during the winter snow season. Chains are also okay. Please be sure to check with cal trans and host before coming up. Uber and Lyft are also good options.

Spring skiing and snow boarding! Resorts are open until July! Get the most of your passes or get on the mountain to experience record breaking snow fall in Lake Tahoe!
