Situated in the quietest corner of a Tahoe City condominium complex with many amenities, this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is in an ideal North Tahoe location, close to all the adventures and fun Tahoe has to offer! Hiking, biking, boat launch, treetop adventure park, skiing and snowboarding are all nearby and easy to access.
Enter on the first floor to the cozy living area with large, L-shaped couch and a leather chair, TV, plus a fireplace for extra ambiance. Fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove and lots of counter space for cooking, 4 barstools on the living room side for counter-side seating, and laundry facilities. For additional dining seating, a folding table and chairs are stored by the fireplace. A bedroom with King bed and a guest bathroom in the hallway are also on this level. The westward-facing deck is great for viewing stunning sunsets or stargazing and it faces a beautiful meadow where you may even see some local wildlife!
Three more bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. The main bedroom offers a plush King bed, a set of Twin bunkbeds, TV, and fantastic view of the serene meadow behind the condo. Second bedroom has a Queen bed; third bedroom has Twin-over-Double bunk beds. Full bathroom with combination tub/shower is in the hall between the bedrooms.
This family-friendly unit provides lots of games, a high chair, and a pack n' play crib.
Located on Lake Tahoe's North Shore, the Lake Forest Glen complex is just 2 miles east of Tahoe City. It's an easy walk to nearby Skylandia Park Beach, Bristlecone Beach and Lake Forest Beach. There is convenient access to great biking and walking trails, including the paved path into Tahoe City where you'll find varied dining and shopping options. The Lake Forest boat launch is just around the corner for our summer guests. In the winter, a short drive gets you to the Tahoe Nordic Center for cross-country skiing or Alpine Meadows/Palisades, NorthStar and Homewood Mountain Resort for downhill skiing / boarding adventures.

- Most have supplies like flour, sugar, salt & spices, but these are not guaranteed items
- We do not provide additional towels for beach use and encourage renters to bring them for summer stays
- For all dog-friendly properties, there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
- Placer County STR rules: The county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing.
Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside a property, and all pet waste must be picked up. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

• Start your last set of dishes in the dishwasher
• Collect all trash and dispose of it in the bear-proof bin or dumpster outside
Do NOT leave the key in bear-proof bin door
Let us know if the bear-proof bin is too full to put all your trash inside
• Turn thermostat down to 55 (do not turn off!)
• Turn lights off, secure and lock all doors and windows
• Turn on electric Bear Fencing (if applicable)
• Return keys to HRG Lockbox.
