Welcome our waterfront paradise in Niantic, CT! This stunning property boasts a prime location on the water, with breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery and direct water access to the Gorton Pond. It's within minutes of all the major attractions and is a very short jaunt off of i95. We've limited this home to bookings of up to 6 people which provides plenty of space in the home to spread out and share memories.
Inside, the house features three bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and designed to provide the comforts of home during your stay. The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with comfortable seating and large bright windows and a large 65" TV for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen looks onto the pond and is ideal for preparing meals, and offers ample space for enjoying them with family and friends. The property also features a discreet work space with two monitors, docking station and basic peripherals to tackle work away from home. A bonus space downstairs is equipped with a ping pong table as well as table soccer. When you're ready to take a break from indoor activities, step outside to soak up the sun while enjoying the beautiful water views and water activities.
