Beautiful home for rent in the heart of the Ozarks. Located in Lake Ozark, short drive down HH, off of Duckhead Road. Paved roads all the way to the driveway. Home is close to shopping, golf courses and all the activities that Lake Ozark and Osage Beach have to offer. Lots of amazing restaurants, Bagnell Dam Strip and the Community Bridge to Sunrise Beach are just minutes away.
LOCATION ON THE WATER is AMAZING! Home sits on a beautiful cove that offers gentle water and beautiful lake views (see pics). Perfect spot to lounge and float in the warm summer waters. Dock ramp is only ONE STEP from the deck (a very RARE find at the lake)!! Amazing concrete dock feels like an extension of the home it's so close. Dock features huge bar with full sized refrigerator, 2 sets of tables & chairs, 2 slips for parking boats and large swim deck for sunning. Dock currently has a fun slide as well (but hose water will not be hooked up this season and children must be monitored closely at all times) It is the perfect spot to spend most days and nights. House sits back enough in cove to enjoy calm, safe waters...yet close enough to enjoy watching the busier part of cove and boating action. Main channel just around the bend. Big Thunder marina is very close by (same cove Jennings Branch Cove at 1) for renting boats, jet skis and water toys as well as boat fuel for quick fill ups. I am not affiliated with any marina in any way so please contact directly to confirm services and availability.
Home features 3 beautiful bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Please view all pictures. Two levels with amazing two story window views of the lake. Upstairs is a lounging room with sofa and loveseat, Queen bedroom, Queen Plus bedroom with twin over full bunk and full bath with shower tub. Downstairs features Master Bedroom with King sized bed and a master bath, half bath in common area, kitchen and family room with dining area.
Beds: Home features a master with King bed (2 people), Queen bedroom (2 people), another Queen Plus Bedroom with an addition twin over full bunk (5 people). Please keep this in mind when considering our home as some spaces (bunk bed) is not ideal for adults or teens. There is extra carpet space in queen bedroom to place a blow up mattress or travel crib/Pack-n-Play should you care to bring one with you (If traveling from afar and can not bring with you, please contact me about what I can provide for an additional fee). In total, this home sleeps up to 9 people but ideally no more than 7-8 adults. I realize everyone's sleeping needs are different and just ask that you to carefully read description of bedroom layouts, bed sizes and bed styles before sending a booking request. Please reach before submitting booking request if you have any questions about sleeping arrangements.
YOU WILL LOVE the BACKYARD AREA! The outdoor space and backyard area offer tons of room for your family and friends. Just off the family room and master suit is a beautiful Tropical themed screened in patio with its own tiki bar, table & chairs and TV. Large composite deck is a great spot to lounge in the sun or grill on the large Backstone griddle.. There is also a nice gravel stone area featuring a picnic table and fire pit for making S'Mores.
Amenities:
~Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Some beach/pool towels will be provided for use on the dock but also suggest that guests bring additional ones.
~On site Washer & Dryer
~Kitchen is stocked with basic assortment of small appliances, silverware, pots & pans, cooking utensils and an assortment of glasses, mugs and serving items. Please ask if you need something specific for planned meals.
~TV with Streaming apps currently available in Family room, Upstairs Lounge Room and Screened in Porch.
~High Speed Internet Wifi provided Spectrum
~Propane Blackstone Griddle (deck) and small coal Weber Grill(dock)
~ Whole House Air conditioning & Heating
~Water mat available for use off the dock. Will often have additional water floats (rafts, noodles, paddle board) but can not confirm which ones (if any) until just before arrival as it often changes throughout the summer season.
Parking: Home comfortably parks 2 vehicles. One in garage and one on driveway or street out front. Almost always can accommodate more but can't guarantee since we are located on an HOA community street shared by 5 homes. Please let me know how many vehicles spaces will be needed at the time of booking request.
House Rules:
~No Smoking in the home or anywhere near the entranceways. Must pick up all butts and leave no ash marks/stains on concrete.
~No Pets or animals allowed without prior approval. There is no grass yard and no fence. This home would not be a good fit for guests with large or multiple pets. Guest mist pay pet fee and sign separate pet agreement.
~No Parties, Events or large gathering. The amount of guest approved for in the booking will be the maximum allowed during the stay which means no visitors unless approved beforehand.
~Respect for neighbors. We have neighbors on each side of our home. While they are great and love to watch people having a great time at LOTO, we ask guests to be mindful of loud music and loud activities late at night while outdoors and on the dock late at night. Please respect quiet hours of 12am to 8am.
~Booking Guest must be 25 Years Old, show proof of ID and sign a rental agreement.
~Guest must return all used items back to their original location (furniture, home items, water toys, grills, etc).
~Cleaning fee is $250 and will go directly to 3rd party cleaning services to prepare home for next guests.
