Welcome to the Key West 7!

This apartment comes complete with a 2 full-size bathrooms, 2 queen bedrooms, smart TV, and kitchenette. PLUS DOG FRIENDLY! Walking distance to "downtown" Surf City, and steps away to the beach. Each unit has its own porch with privacy walls on each side. There is an outdoor shower area located in the middle and hose off on the right side of the building. We also have a first come - first serve beach box for beach toys! A public beach access is only a short walk from the property, along with MANY restaurants, shops and entertainment!

Nice get-away

Place was very nice and clean. Bathroom was good size and quality of TVs in the rooms was good. We had 1 minor issue, but the owner was quick to respond and resolved it very quickly. It was clear they care about their guests and want them to have a good experience! The one caution I would give is that the place does not have a "common" area where you can sit on the couch and talk and watch TV. They do have outside chairs, so that was nice. But, if you want to sit inside and relax, you have to sit in the bed. Overall I would give the place high marks. Nice place!!

Recent stay at #7

Stay was awesome. Location is perfect. Sat outside a lot enjoying the beautiful weather. Bathroom looked brand new. Little bag with dog treats for our pet was thoughtful. It is two bedrooms, air conditioner was strong in one of the bedrooms and the other there was almost no air coming out. Will come back if we stay in the area again.

Enjoyed our stay. As advertised. Good communication. Only negative was adjacent “pub” parking lot where late night patrons congregated.

Key West Relaxation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our favorite part of the trip was chilling on the porch and the nice big walk in shower. Everything was super clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again. Price is affordable. Everything was nice and well maintained.
